      The most deceptive and unethical transaction experience I've ever had. I had a Daddy Daughter date there a few months ago. After waiting in line the staff member told us we had to buy tickets online. So I took my 2 year old to the back of the line so I could buy two tickets online. In a dark setting, literally a broken front door, 30 feet away, and little kids running all around and my daughter wanting nothing to do but go run off, I had to use both hands to try and sign up on my cell phone. I literally was not able to read exactly what I was signing up for because I had to watch my daughter from running off, which also often took one of my hands to hold her close. I couldn't read what I was signing I just bought what ever I could the quickest possible. Especially considering I knew I'd be signing injury waivers. OK finally done! we go back to waiting in line, get to the front , I show the staff my phone and they tell me I bought annual memberships. I say ok, let's fix it please because I only meant to buy two one day passes. They say "we cant fix this here you have to call corporate." I'm like ok whatever I have to go take my daughter to play now. We go play, have fun, then leave. I forgot to call corporate to work out this honest mistake I made and wanted to cancel the annual memberships. Then I noticed the automatic charge on my credit card a month later. I finally called, and they tell me no I signed a binding contract. I sincerely and angrily tell the story to a couple different people at corporate and they stick to their story telling me I signed a contract and there's nothing they can do to help me. This was literally the shadiest experience I've ever experienced at any kind of establishment. I can't even believe it. That being said, they've rubbed me so wrong I will never go to this place again. I've cancelled their ability to charge my credit card (which they have three times now). We'll see what they do now and how far I have to go for justice here.

      I am rejecting this response because: Their reply is completely ridiculous. The situations is simple. I was not in a position to read all I was signing because I had to keep an eye on my daughter. Signing up for a membership was a mistake! Of course I hit the "i agree" button or whatever, I thought I was signing a waiver! Then moments later the problem was discovered! And they told me they could fix it and I had to call corporate. I did and this is where we're at today. They won't cancel my membership. Whoever these people are. They are complete pieces of trash

      I have been trying to cancel my membership with urban air and get no call backs or emails. I'm very high risk and I have kids that are not old enough for vaccines so because of COVID I'm not allowing them to go to the park. This particular park has teenaged kids running the place almost with out adults that I could see. They weren't cleaning after each use , bathrooms were smelly and once or twice flooding the hall. Also a couple of the workers smelled like they just smoked pot. I just don't want to deal with the worry anymore. As a disabled senior I can't use the park( nor would I) .please help me get this cancellation approved.
