On 1/8/24 I went to this business to seek medical attention regarding my feet. Even before being seen I spoke to in regards to what has been happening with my feet. To me my ankle is strained or dealing with a sprain. Dr. **** ****** during both visits has suggested that cellulitis is the main cause for the pain of the ankle, but how can one ankle out of the two cellulitis feet have a pain scale over 10? The next day I came back with reoccurring issue and yet they want me removed from their waiting area with an ankle injury that I previously stated on first visit (1/8/24)Business response

I am sending this response to complaint ID ********. Since we have not received a signed HIPAA release from the patient in regards to this issue my response is a general overview of our processes. In relation to our process for any complaint we conduct interviews with staff, we review the medical record and if warranted we review any video footage available. In regards, to our normal processes for patients entering the Emergency Department, we triage, examine and treat the patients based on standard practices of healthcare and we follow the federal and state regulations. In our normal processes we focus on treating the symptoms and providing the patients with discharge instructions and information for helpful resources regarding any chronic conditions.
We value all of our patients and we review all complaints focusing on potential opportunities to improve our processes. We are sorry that this experience in our facility did not meet your expectations of care.
