Clippers are c*** You are lucky to get over 5 haircuts out of a $89 pair of clippers. ***** approved apparently.

Brand new clippers. Took them out of the box, oiled them. Proceeded to try to cut hair. Clippers BARELY cut anything and worked like complete garbage. Tried removing the 1/2 guard to cut straight. STILL NOTHING JUST BASICALLY COMBING THE HAIR AND CUTTING A FEW TINY PIECES EVEN WITH GOING OVER THE SAME SPOT OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Can't return them to ******* because they stop people from returning garbage to them. Called the company to try to get my money back. Menopausal nasty ******************* begins shouting at me when I told her I wasn't going to pay TWENTY DOLLARS to send back clippers and get my TWENTY ONE DOLLARS BACK after she told me that the CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING. SOME "MONEY BACK SATISFACTION GUARANTEE" POLICY WHICH IS COMPLETE GARBAGE JUST LIKE THEIR PRODUCT. CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING AND WITH REFUND GETS BACK LIKE ONE DOLLAR.GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK FOR YOUR GARBAGE PRODUCT AND AN APPOLOGY LETTER FROM THAT ***** **** ********** ***** YOU HAVE ANSWERING THE PHONES FOR HER ******** ****** ATTEMPT AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Wahl Clipper Corporation products are very good and their customer support is outstanding. I highly recommend **** Clipper Corp. products to everyone.

The worst customer service ever. The batteries of my clipper stopped recharging after a year despite only used a handful of times. I called them. Instead of sending me replace batteries, they insisted that I had to send the unit back to their repair center to get the batteries replaced. I sure followed their instructions and sent it back. It has been two months, but I still have not got my clipper back. Called them and emailed them, but all they could tell me is the clipper is in the line of being serviced. Really? It takes more than 2 months to send out a replacement battery? I just want my clipper back and purchase the replacement batteries myself! Looks like the don't care about their customers at all! Will never buy anything from **** again!
