I placed an order with ****** on 5/17/24 for a 3 mower blade replacement system (four blades per disc) for $340.00. I also purchased a set of replacement blades (12) on 5/20 for $144.35. The company flyer stated:"LONGER HOURS A combination of harder steel and pivoting action results in hundreds of hours of use before sharpening or replacement is necessary. Our blades last 5-6 times longer than traditional blades.LESS REPLACEMENT Our average customer replaces the cutting knives every 4-5 years. Of course, lasting time depends on the hours and conditions of use. ****** blades are designed to last longer, saving you time and money YEARS OF SERVICE Our blades last years instead of weeks or months like traditional blades. When you purchase ****** blades you are getting a product that will give you a great value for your money over years of service".My blades lasted 6 hours and cut 12 acres of grass. I have a well kept yard and there is not much to hit or run over. I expected, as promised, a much longer life blade than a standard blade. I got about 3 times less life out of the ****** blades. I emailed the company and asked what they could do about this and I was given pointers on how to leave my grass cut higher (to help their blades), cut the baffling out from under my mower deck (not an option, I have a lifetime warranty on my deck), install new belts and tensioners and throttling the mower up more. All this in an attempt to help their blades cut and last. Never thought I would get the 4 or 5 times longer lasting but I did think at lest a couple of times longer. As for the Flyer Quoted above, none of the things advertised or shown in video's was anything more that false advertisement. The company had some really bad reviews, after I started researching them.Initial Complaint

I bought lawn mower blades from Meg Mo systems to better care for my property. I received them 6 weeks later from when I ordered them. I had them on my mower the next day after receiving them. Tried them out on my lawn and they left streaks of grass in my lawn every direction I went and would miss spots when I would turn to change direction. Contacted the company through email asking for a refund and they replied with a list of all the changes they told me I had to do to make they blades work to their standards. Most of the of what was on the list was done prior to purchasing the blade because it is maintenance on the machine. Still no difference poor cut ***************** a second time for a Refund and paid shipping label and no response. If it was just a average set of blades I would understand but I have $300+ in theses. The list of changes was never discussed on there website which to me is miss leading.
