This is a hair salon i called and made a hair and makeup appointment for my mom. She told me i had to zelle her a $50 deposit to hold the appointment or else the appointment would be open to someone else. I zelled her $50 and confirmed she received. The day of the appointment my mom paid cash and she did not deduct the $50. When I called her to let her know that she needs to refund my deposit she said I couldnt prove that my mom had paid $200 versus $150 because it was cash. How did you not see the extra $50 in the register at the end of the day? If you charge everyone a $50 deposit then why would you charge her full price? She refused to speak to me and just had the receptionist scream Back and forth our responses on the phone. I want my $50 but zelle will not help. I can provide proof of the deposit. I will also be texting her to ask for a refund. Please help.
