State farm had a computer glitch so called and decided to cancle my car insurance with out telling me anything at all. I found out from my bank about it. So then i called and talked to them they told me its a computer glitch but wasnt forsure if i would have insurance on my vehicles for march because of the issue. I also had auto pay with them and they decided not to take out February payment at all so it was late because of that. So it got made in march on the 9th of 2023. And then i found out in april i have car insurance again and they didnt bother of telling me about march payment but i get a letter in the mail saying i dont owe anything for march payment it says $-257 and some change for march payment. I call about it all and they decided to charge me for march payment and then decided to make it for over the next 3 months for msrch payment. So instead of paying $257 and some change now they want $600 from me. And thats not right. I never got notified about it being cancled in February from state farm at all and then again they didnt notified me about snything els at all with my car insurance so as far as i knew i had no car insurance in march when i never cancled my car insurance at all.. i am not to happy over this at all.
