?? I brought my truck to this shop on 1/5/23 to ?? repair a small crack in the hood and change the exhaust parts and change the brakes and tires They told me the estimate it would cost $8.253.00 After I left my truck in the shop, they unplugged the dash cameras of my truck and gave my truck to a new trainee named *****, .who is the son of the owner of the shop. Instead of repairing the damage, he made more damage to the truck. When I returned on time to pick up my truck, I was surprised that the damage was not repaired, but the damage in the truck became greater, and they told me If I give them another week, they will bring me another part instead of the part damaged by the trainee,but they changed the wrong part for Vnl 670 truck, and my truck Vnl 780 doesnt tmatch the shape, and also the paint is different from the original truck paint, and they did it I also change non-original parts without asking me, and also used parts at incorrect prices And they called me on Saturday 1/21and asked me to come to pick up the truck at 1:30 pm and when I got to a truck, I was surprised that the shape was disproportionate and that these parts did not fit my truck, but they said this is what we can do and you will pay $14,651.44 in cash, so I called the police to tell them what happened. the policeman told me He can't do anything for me and that I have to pay the full bill to get my truck and then file a case against them if I want .and I tried to pay the amount with a Debit card but they refused and asked me to bring them the full amount in cash and they knew it was Saturday I couldn't go to the bank because the bank closes at 2pm and they told me if I didn't pay them immediately my truck would be held until Monday and they would charge me $500for storage and when I came back on Monday they wouldn't give me my truck unless I pay them $15,150.44 in cash, so I brought them a Cashier's check for the amount of $15.151.00and 44 cents cash So I can get my truck backInitial Complaint
