STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I rented a duplex from a private person. He then gave the management over to Belleville Eagle Realty. Shortly after they took over, they stopped fixing anything. Shortly after that, the roof began leaking. The roof leaked for over 6 years. They refused to fix it. There was mold everywhere; above and below. They refused to fix the bathtub/shower lining. i begged for them to trim trees, they refused. The tree broke, fell on my car damaging interior and exterior. They wouldn't even return my call. Oh, but if your rent is even a few hours late, (And I do mean hours. Drop off after midnight? LATE) they charge exorbitant amounts of late fees, fees for mailings, etc. You can't ever speak to anyone, you can only either email or leave a voicemail. No one returns your calls. If I could give this company a zero rating, I would.

Well I stay in house i been living here about 1 year. I just had my son due high risk pregnancy .which I did inform them about that I was pregnant had my child early I went on maternity leave earlier. I wasnt getting paid for being maternity they was trying eviction me already when I ************ also on section 8 . Yes I was couple times late on my rent I had changed jobs in between this year..Then recently I had told them about two broken windows. They told me I did on ************** dont want rent to me again because windows..They racism cause young black think destroy the property. I fixed both windows with recipes.

Belleville Eagle Realty *** really just made my children and I homeless all because they havent fixed my heat that went out on December 25, 2022. Almost a year later and its still not fixed! I didnt even pick this piece of s*** of a company to work with. They choose my home and my family to f*** with. All because ************************* said I had a smart mouth when I was cleaning my home so my children and I could return from staying in an hotel since December 29,2022. On April 13, 2023 I received a 30 day notice from ************************* because he said I had gave him a smart remark in an email when I told him to send a plumber ASAP. After he refused to do so knowing the s*** from the toilet was backing up into the bathtub. I did file a lawsuit against him the next day to be reimbursed for my hotel stay for February to April. He had his lawyer wait until after my small claims case to send me summons for eviction. Because I handed his lawyer ******************* my discover. Which contained everything to my case only for him to reschedule it for after the eviction trial. Their reasoning is because Im month to month and they want the premises back is what they used in court. Wasnt behind in rent. It was paid up until February and they said they received a ***** on my behalf that I had no knowledge of and didnt apply for. Never had an issue with the previous landlord. But Ive had 3 different landlords since 2020 when they started giving those *****s to help people behind on rent. Right after they receive the *****s theres a new rental property management company taking over. But the real reason is because Im suing them to be reimbursed for my previous hotel stay. Guess where me and my children will be at. Back in another hotel until further notice now. My children and I have to be out of our home of 7 years in 24 hours. They are using single black mothers to get these *****s and pocket all the money and not fixing s*** Judge ************************* is in on it too. God can handle them for me

This is a company ran by predators who prey on low-income individuals. They allow their tenants to live in deplorable conditions for months on end and ignore all phone calls and messages from said tenants. They do not care about the people who rent from them, all they want is your money. I had several problems with my apartment that were NEVER fixed while I was staying there. The quickest response I ever received from these people was a hateful response to an email. This company is ran by horrible people.
