    I found this place through a ******** marketplace post and bought a whirlpool washer/dryer set in December. I had the washer hooked up for 6 weeks and it started throwing a code and would not finish a load (ended up ruining the load). I reached out on Feb 25th. 2 days later got a response asking what brand my washer was. I responded and didnt hear back. I reached again feb 28th, mar 2, March 4th and 6th before I got any type of response. When I would call the store Id explain the problem theyd ask for a ticket number and say theyd call me back. They wouldnt. March 14th, after not having a washer 17 days they sent someone to fix it. That person said it would be too expensive to fix so theyd rather swap it out for another. That took another 2 days of phone tag. I go to their physical store on Friday and they didnt have a washer to swap it for. I was told they would get one fixed up and call me Saturday. Saturday comes and I got no call. I reached out and the tech said they were short staffed and he would get to it first thing Monday. Monday, *********************no calls. I went back in person and suddenly they have one. But cant swap it until Monday the 27th. At this point I havent had a washer in over a month and the 90 day warranty has now run out. I asked about a warranty on this new washer and they said they would look into and give me a call. Again no one called me. On Monday when I spoke to them about the delivery I asked about the warranty. Again was told someone would call me back. They didnt. They delivered the washer and I came home to see the inner rubber ring is covered in mold. By taking a month to fix (in this case swap) the broken washer, theyve run the rest of the warranty out. I called in regards to the mold and was again told someone would call me back before the end of the day. Again, no call back. I called the next day, was told a manager would call me. Never did.
