      We were presented a business opportunity to become a Kleen Tank dealer/ franchise and spoke to the parent company owner (*** ****) about this opportunity. He told us the area of the country we lived in was receiving numerous leads for the service every month. He had us speak to several of his others dealers to "find out what we could expect" as dealers. After, speaking to these dealers and after further discussions we opted to "join" Kleen Tank as a dealer. Our total investment to the company for equipment, materials, dealer/ franchise fee, initial training, marketing and ongoing support was $26,305.26. This does not include the cost of getting to training or our cost for lodging, food, etc while at the training. Mr. **** and his dealer representatives were in nearly constant contact with us until we finished training, As soon as we went to training the communications became one-way. That being us calling, texting, and emailing Mr. **** daily without response from him. Often he would go nearly a week without responding to us. He missed help-imposed deadlines for getting us marketing materials and even the equipment we were supposed to receive. We were never provided a fully executed dealer agreement, receipt for payment to them, detailed list of items that we were to receive as part of becoming dealers, nor we were provided any of the disclosures/ prospectus etc that would typically be given to people investing the amount of money we were paying. After, numerous attempts to get support, marketing assistance, and the equipment/ materials we had paid for Mr. **** let us know he was not going to be providing marketing assistance moving forward despite the fact that the we were not allowed to do any marketing materials ourselves. We further requested the numerous incoming leads that Mr. **** said were coming in but in 2 months he only provided 1 and that one was not a viable lead as it was too ********. **** and Kleen Tank is a predatory scheme.

      On January 25, 2023, ******************* from Kleen Tank came to my 5th wheel RV to clean my three waste ********** hot water tank. The black ************** tank were not showing up on the gauges properly. The bathroom tank has always worked. The hot water tank had a bad smell. I was told by both Kleen Tank and confirmed by Gabe that their cleaning process will solve my problems. When **** completed the cleaning of everything, the hot water still smelled just as bad. The sensor on the bathroom tank did not work properly but the other two sensors worked. I was charged $330 for the service. **** said to use the solution that he gave me and everything will work in a couple of days. In a couple of days, none of the sensors (all 3) didn't work & the water heater still had the bad smell. I called him on Feb. 1st & he told me to try another round of the solution. Everything should work in a couple of weeks. I send three emails regarding these issues to Kleen Tank on February 1st, 20th & 24th with no response from them. February 17th, I called Gabe about the tanks still not working. He told me to try the solution again for two weeks. March 6th I called Kleen Tank & explained the problem (that still exists) & he told me that he will call me back after he talks to ****. March 13th, I called Kleen Tank rep. again, and never heard back from anyone. I still have the same problem with the two sensors (black & kitchen tanks) not working as well as the new problem with the bathroom sensor that worked perfectly before they "cleaned" my tanks. I spent $330 & ended up with my rv worse off than before it was worked on.
