March 2022 ************************* an elderly gentleman at *************************************************************************** hired this company to remove a large oak tree. Company paid in full up front. To do this they came onto my 92 year old mothers lot. The problem now is they never completed job. ****************** called numerous times.At first ground too wet didnt want to tear up moms lot anymore than already done. Understood reasoning at the beginning. Now when calling this company same answer to both ****************** and myself ************************* daughter of ******************************* owner of property *************************************** where this company has left an enormous piece of the oak tree, along with ruts on her property which they said they would sow seed and repair that area, plus another large piece of this tree has rolled up against my moms chain link fence and has bent in the chain link fence. It is so heavy we are unable to remove it. I live in ****** came to Eldorado to help my mom who is going through potentially serious health problems waiting for results of medical tests. I called this company upon my arrival to Eldorado, reached ***********************, owner of company. Received very same answer will be there this week because weather hot and lot will be dried out which there have been a lots off days since March they could have finished this. Again a no show. I have seen review on his ******** identical same problem did not complete her job. Her name was *******************. Long and short he got his money and expects to skip out and leave my mother with having to take care of this at her trouble and expense. That is not acceptable theyve done this before apparently. We desperately need assistance in getting him to finish this job and get it these huge pieces of tree off my mothers property. ****************** the next door neighbor who unfortunately hired this outfit and paid them **** up front also has had no luck either getting them out here to finish this and get it off my moms property. Trying to help ****************** also who is elderly.
