I booked an event with her paid her the deposit and the remaining balance with the price we agreed upon for a total of $225 she told me nothing about a cancellation fee or a refund policy I told her in advance I needed to cancel she told me that I could not get a refund until some one else booked the day. This was never discussed or agreed upon. Then it was stated her her website has her cancellation policy. I looked on the site and there is nothing on her site about a refund being non refundable or a cancellation policy. She has stated she isnt going to give me my money back. I told her I no longer wish to do business with her she needed to refund my money she restated she gave me options shes not refunding the money. I told her since she never stated the money was non refundable she need to refund my money. We have not come to a resolution she declined my refund requestBusiness response

The business owner is not being truthful about our conversation and I have witnesses that can state that no conversation via word of mouth text message nor business contract or email or the website stated that there would be no refund if the party was to be canceled. The business owner refused to refund any money that was given to her and the cancellation was not going against any contractual agreement
