I paid $175 for my twin daughters to ************* at this location and after 1 class this location was the worse. My children went here when it was "Twist Stars" a few years ago. I thought we would get the same experience but I was wrong. Employees were on their phones on social media, the stretching was unorganized, the class was unorganized with the location. Both male employess were lazy and didnt show any techniques and kept disappearing while the girls were just running around getting into other things. Me and my husband both saw this take place with our own eyes. The only resolution is for me to get my complete refund as my girls never have and never will attend another session. ****** told me I could get a refund, **** told me I could not and have been ignoring my emails which are very unprofessional. Although we completely disagree with ********************* comments, we gave her a complete refund of $173.50 ($70 Membership Fee + $103.50 March Tuition) on Friday March 31st even though our gyms well published policy is that class tuition is non refundable.
We take pride in our product here at Element Tumbling & Trampoline and do not allow our coaches to be on cell phones as per policy. We did respond to the complaint via email and offered two free private lessons to help show what can be learned at our facility.
These free lessons were denied. We stand by our hard working faculty and completely disagree with all accusations made.
