On July8th 2022 I Closed On My Home. I Could Not Stay In The Home Until July12th. Because There Was No Running Water. On July 12th The Water Was Turned On.July 14th I Washed A Load Of Clothing And My Whole Laundry Room Flooded. I Called ************************************ To Complain About The Flood Which He Told Me To Call ******************** After ********************* Came out. I Was Told They Could Not Fix The Issue. After That I Tried Calling ************************************ Again On Several *********. But Never Got An Answer. Once he was Awear Of The Issues I was Having In The Home He Stopped Taking My Calls. The **** Unit In The Home Also Had Issues That I Had To Pay $1800 Dollars To Get It Fixed. As Of August 26, 2022. I Have To Pay Roto- Rooter $8,500 Dollars To Come InTo My Home And Fix My Plumbing.I Am A First Time HOME Buyer. Everyone That ************** Has Assigned To ME. i Believe Works For Him Or Has BEEN Working With Him For A Long. Time.From ******************** To The Inspector. I Trusted These People And They Took Advantage Of Me. I Was Also Told At Closing I would Have To Pay ***** Dollars To Close. But At The Closing I Had To Pay ****** Dollars.
