CONTACT **** ABOUT DOING WORK ON MY 2022 GMC WIRERING FOR PLOW AND SALT ****** WE AGREED ALSO LIGHTS ON TRUCK GAVE A PRICE OF CASH ******* GAVE THEM ******** DOWN AFTER PICKING MY TRUCK UP THY PUT WRONG PLOW HOOK UP ON TRUCK BROUGHT IT BACK THY SAID SORRY TRUCK HAS LED LIGHTS AND CHARGE ME ANOTHER ****** THY ALSO INSTALLED A COVER OVER THE *** OF MY TRUCK ONLY HAS 700 MILES ON IT AND THERE IS DAMAGE ON FROM INSTALLING COVER CALLED THEM AND *** STATED OH WELL NOT HIS PROBLEM. I HAVE A 2022 GMC WITH LESS THEN A **** MILES ON IT DAMAGED ALSO GOT OVER CHARGED PER QUTO I GAVE THEM A CHANCE WILL I NEED TO GET LEGAL HELP? I GOT REFERD BY ***********************Business response

Looks like there was some miscommunication in what type of plow lights the customer had. He had LED lights on his plow and that requires a different harness. This type of stuff actually happens a lot because of guys buying used plows and not knowing exactly what it takes to make it work. Unfortunately we had to charge him accordingly. We did offer to remedy any damage from install but customer did not come back in.

I HAD MY BODY SHOP BUFF THE SCRATCHES OUT COSTED ME ****** THIS IS A 2022 TRUCK PLUS THY LOOKED AT IT AND GAVE ESTAMATE BEFORE WORK WAS TO BE DONE SO THIS IS THERE FIELD NOT MINE THY SHOULD OF KNOWEN THAT THIS TRUCK HAD LED LIGHTS ALONG WITH MY PLOW MY PLOW IS ONLY 6 MONTHS OLD. I HAVE RECIEPT FROM BODY SHOP.

*********************** Kvasnicka FIRST OF ALL I BOUGHT THIS PLOW NEW THY PUT LED LIGHTS ON FOR ME THY SEEN IT BEFORE JOB WAS STARTED AND NOW THY ARE SAYINY IT WAS A USED PLOW? THEN THY SCRATCHED THE SIDE OF MY NEW TRUCK. THY NEVER EVEN OFFERED A RESOLUTION.
