On March 28,2023 I put 5k down on a 2010 Audi Q7 at luxury auto maxx I received temporary plates. The next day I went to get it registered the bmv told me I wasnt in the system they asked for a title which I didnt have and they said it might be too early since Id just purchased it for them to see it in the system. I waited till closer to the end of the plates expiring around 6/20/2023 and tried again but had the same issue, it wasnt in the system for me. I called ***** but he didnt have any solution, he said he would consult his secretary and get back to me within five minutes which didnt happen. I called off work on the 6/23/2023 to drive down to the dealer but no one was in the office and ***** kept giving me the run around as to when anybody would be there constantly changing the arrival time therefore wasting my time. He wouldnt answer my calls on 6/26/2023 neither would his Secretary answer the number she left on my voicemail for me I need the issue of my car not being able to be registered solved ASAPBusiness response

Hello BBB
There is a lien holder on this vehicle. So there is process to prefect the lein. We waited for VIN CHECK for the *************. We sent the paperwork to the CENTRAL OFFICE TITLE PROCESSING @ ************************************************************** Everything is being process by **************** and they told there is process and they are backed up. It is out of my hands if there is anything else I could do please feel free to let me know.

I have been trying to reach you, but you must have me blocked. I was trying to reach you and give you a loaner until ******* gives you a title. I reached out to BMV, and they told me it will be prioritized, and they will have your title Tuesday on 7/11/2023. Please you have harassed me and complained to 10 different agencies. I do not know why you are attacking me for ******* slow process of completing you title. And the *** check was never verified that was why they originally sent the paperwork back. The *** check is your responsibility, but I took care of it any way. Please I do not know what more to do then pay for loaner so you could stop harassing me. Please feel contact me so we could work out a resolution and by Tuesday you will have your title.Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I do not wish to have any further communication with the business because I had to go through all of this reporting to different agencies to get any response back so I do not accept the resolution theres nothing they can do for me that they shouldnt have already done before the complaints

On 09 February 2022, I made contact with Luxury Automaxx, a used car dealership based in ***********, **., via telephone. I spoke with a representative of Luxury Automaxx by the name of ***************************. During the brief telephone conversation I had with ********************, he was very rude and unprofessional, and ended our conversation by abruptly hanging ** the phone in my face. After hanging ** ** my face, ******************** proceeded to text my cellphone, several times. At 4:58pm I informed ******************** that I was revoking his permission to contact me any further. ******************** then proceeded to send (8) additional harassing text messages and or images to my cellphone, from a telephone number registered to Luxury Automaxx.Business response

Hello *****,
You set up an appointment that you never came too. I told you I am not a carfax dealer and I would have to pay for the carfax. You still said you wouldnt come to the dealer until you got a carfax. So I sent you the carfax and the window sticker like you requested. I got the ****** Altima detailed for your appointment. So after I sent you the pictures of the car, carfax and widnow sticker. You said I wasnt being professional. I am not sure what professional in your eyes is but I did everything you asked. So now stop crying online and leaving me bad reviews like if we met each other or did business. We spoke for a few minutes on the phone and I did everything you asked. If you do not like me or my service thats great just move on. Why do you keep on slandering my name online. We never met and I dont know you. Go bother somebody else.

Hello BBB & Couch,
I am honored you feel as passionate as you do. I am asking you to please leave me alone. We never did business and I never met you. You been asking me about Mukadem Ismailji? I do not know who that person is. I have no affiliation at all with that person. You asked me for a carfax and I told you I am not a carfax dealer and I paid for one out of my pocket. I sent you the carfax and original window sticker. You decide not to do business? We went our separate ways. You have left me a bad BBB review. Two days later you went on Yelp & created your own stories in your head. 3 days later went to the police department and was asked to leave me alone. And now on the 4th day, you are back on BBB, can you tell me what it is you want from me? You have been harassing and offending me since the beginning.

I purchased a Silver **** LEXUS ES300 4 Door from Luxury AutoMax on 7/15/2021. On the day of purchase, I asked the owner *********************** about the $499.00 *** fee on the sales receipt. He didn't explain exactly what the fee was for and told me not to worry about it and that it was no big deal. After I got home, I looked up *** and found out it was for a Used Car Inspection. I returned to car lot on July 17, 2021, I asked ***** to explain why I was being charged $499.00 for an inspection fee and asked for a copy of the inspection since I was being charged for it separately. He told me he would get me a copy, but I never received it. After I sent ***** an email again requesting a copy of the inspection report, he claimed he never agreed to give me a copy of the report. I have attached the agreement you signed when you walked into the dealership. You originally had a problem with your trade-in you called me and asked if I could do you a favor. Your vehicle has mechanical, safety issues, and TMU. You needed to get $1,500 because you said somebody took advantage of you and sold you a bad car. This is starting to sound like a trend. Your vehicle is really worth $100 but I still wanted to do what I said I would do for you. So I gave you $1,500 cash value on a vehicle that is worth $100 and has many issues. I still sold you that beautiful Lexus ES300 that we did a Post Sale Inspection at the auction and we did maintenance and safety checks. You purchased a $5,000 car and you still owe me $1,021. I gave you $1,500 for a vehicle really not worth anything. That's a total of $2,521.60. That's half of the value of the car. You have 2 options 1. Pay me the money you owe or 2. Give me back my car and I will give you back your car + the money you paid. Consider you driving my Lexus for free for the last 2 months.

I am rejecting this response because: *********************** did not explain why he is charging me $499.00 for a inspection report he can not produce. I do not owe the amount he is stating because he is including the $499.00 in his balance and this is what I am disputing. We have an Arbitration Agreement and I am requesting an arbitration hearing to settle this issue. I have not been able to get any cooperation or acceptable resolution with *********************** and the situation has become critical as he is threating to repossess the vehicle. I have attached the Arbitration Agreement, I would appreciate your help with this matter.
