WARNING...DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this place...ESPECIALLY from *********************** I just purchased a 2012 Range rover evoque that had some issues he has promised to fix and now he's ignoring my calls,text and has hung up the phone in my face....I had to call from a different number just to get the phone jus to get him to answer, I have everything documented and a recording and text stating thay he would fix the problems and still nothing. The finance company even heard our conversation and was disturb by it because of how rude he was and the fact that he actually hung up on a customer I have file a complaint with them as well and won't stop until these issues are solved but please stay away from this place especially *********************** he is a complete liar but I seen right thru him so please beware.....

The mechanic is backed up I told you just wait until he gets free up. Not sure what you are upset about I gave you a free rental. I fixed all 5 things you asked for. The truck has a brand new motor why your truck is not opening up all the way has to be looked at. It's not like I didn't order the parts from ********************** and do everything I said I would. The trunk does not open up all the way and you are causing all these problems just in 1 week. I texted you the mechanic's information just take the car to him and he will repair it. Please review your false fake review.

***** is the worst, most manipulative human being on this planet. **** (his accomplice) is also just as bad and doesn't give 2 ANYTHINGS about his customers. I'm 22 years old and have never left a bad review in my life let alone a review at all. ***** sold me a car in Nov 2019 (Yes, I'm making this review this late- had to be done), he told me it was fine and ready to go. He had the car listed for a price we had already talked about & THE *** I WENT TO GET FINANCING FOR IT - he upped the price $2,000 knowing I really wanted the car and I was young so he knew I would throw him the extra money to buy it. Absolute scum bag. His 'reasoning' for upping the price was because "the car is more rare than we thought". I get the car delivered across ************* a total nightmare. Jaguar came with the front driver seat not working (control module on side of seat broken) which he did not mention, a missing matching red XFR floor mat, A FLAT LEFT REAR TIRE, all four tires nonmatching && a restricted performance light that would come on if the car was even remotely driven with some intent to have fun. It's now November of ******************************* over $9k FOR MY ENGINE HAVING A BROKEN PISTON. I've called him countless of times and he would say he would do something about it, but never did so I gave up. Biggest piece of c*** out there and will totally take advantage of you if you buy out of state to have it delivered. My attorneys have gotten involved with his company so I'm trying to save anyone reading this the money, headache and most importantly TIME he will steal from you before its too late. DO NOT EVER buy from this dealership, you've been warned! I would give him 0 stars if I could.

Hello ****, I want to thank you for your business 2 years ago. I am really sorry the driver's seat wasn't working. And I am even more sorry you were missing a floor mat. I am not sure exactly what you are asking me to do? But I would be happy to purchase the vehicle. back. And I would highly recommend you not go to the Jaguar and Land Rover dealerships because they tend to be on the extreme high side for repairs. And the bank has called me multiply times for the title, did you ever have a chance to turn in the title? I would be more than glad to try to stratify you. because your opinion is very important to me. So please be clear on what I could do for you.
