  I talked to the owner of A-Unlimited when he came out for a bid to remove 3 trees in our back yard. I specifically told him we'd had SOD put down in our back yard & I DID NOT WANT IT MESSED UP/DESTROYED when removing these trees. He said that would NOT HAPPEN!!! They came out end of July 2021 several days after a big rain & DID NOT USE PLYWOOD to run their equipment on. It TORE UP/DESTROYED a LARGE SECTION OF OUR SODDED BACK YARD!!! I called them same day & someone came out & put some seed & a lot of straw on the SIDE AREA of our driveway. HOWEVER I do NOT BELIEVE ANYONE LOOKED at LARGE AREA in our BACKYARD that was DESTROYED!! I've e-mailed them several times with no reply. I've planted grass & spent quite a bit of money on water -- YET -- NO GRASS CAME UP!! I believe they should have known better than to do this work WITHOUT PUTTING PLYWOOD DOWN -- especially when OWNER said it would NOT BE DAMAGED.

  We were hired to remove 3 trees from the consumers back yard, we informed the homeowner that our trucks would be driven on the lawn, which they agreed. After we completed the work the homeowner emailed our office stating she was unhappy with the damage our vehicle caused to her lawn, she was concerned about lawn damage on her side yard by the driveway, in good faith out company laid seed and straw in the side yard of this home, however then later they came back and wanted us to seed the back yard too, which we declined. The back yard is mostly dirt, and shaded. We did answer the emails, and went above and beyond to address this complaint, but we can not keep paying for services we are not responsible for.

  I am rejecting this response because: I STRONGLY DISAGREE with the company's statements!! Yes, they did say they would use equipment in our back yard.  We told them we paid to have our BACK YARD SODDED & showed him the area (NO DIRT -- ONLY BEAUTIFUL SOD)!!  We called the company the same day THEY DAMAGED our back yard!!!  They said they would NOT COME OUT when the ground was soft -- YET they came out a few days after a HEAVY RAIN -- & they DID NOT PUT DOWN PLYWOOD for the machine to run on.  We saw PLYWOOD in their truck!!!!  They also cut down large sections of our trees & DRAGGED THEM over the yard & THEN cut them up.  We had a company come out today to overseed.  We have a neighbor that has a lawn care business & HE SAW what this company did to our yard & couldn't believe what he saw.  We've had this company do work for us once before & they did a really good job -- THIS TIME THE JOB WAS TERRIBLE & YARD DAMAGE was UNNECESSARY, & DAMAGED WAS CAUSED BY THEM!!!  I did NOT ask for the whole back yard to be seeded -- ONLY THE AREA THEY DAMAGED & TORE UP!!  I have photos to PROVE the damage & LOTS OF RUTS they caused!!  The machine operator when we mentioned the ruts said they would settle out & the dirt in the back (THEY CAUSED) would grow back!!  I want them to SEE & REALIZE the DAMAGE THEY DID -- ESPECIALLY WHEN WE SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED we DID NOT WANT OUR SOD DAMAGED OR TORN UP!!!!  I understand it cuts into their profits -- B U T  they NEED TO KNOW the work their employees DO -- & have them DO IT CORRECTLY!!!!  Evidently the company DOES NOT CARE what happens, or doesn't care about its customers.   They DID NOT RESPOND to our e-mails!!
