              Signed the contract back in March 2021. Assured us that it was a one stop shop and that they handle everything. This was nothing more than a nightmare trying to deal with this company, as every contractor that they had had to travel almost 2 hours to get here when they did show up. It was a good thing we went behind everything along the way and checked things. The electricians didn't ***** the lines deep enough (only 8in in the ground), one of the water lines under our master sink broke, damaging the drawers to the vanity-we still have not gotten those replacement drawers. The original vanity drawers were screwed with drywall screws. Left my garage tresses laying in my driveway for almost 2 months in the weather along with a trailer with a flat tire and a bunch of material on it. Needless to say, worst mistake ever made. We could go on, but we have plenty of photos and videos. Would be happy to show anyone looking to do business with them.

              Pine Ridge Homes is a 24 year old company that handles all phases of the construction process. Pine Ridge has built in this area before and actually a past customer of ours referred this customer to us originally. We have an excellent reputation and a great referral base. Numerous subcontractors on this job can vouch for the integrity of our company and many of them have long term relationships with Pine Ridge Homes. We choose not to get into the particulars of this build. Suffice to say we have struggled to satisfy this customer from day one, despite our attempts. Anyone is welcome to contact our office for further details or questions.
