      I hired them on 7/20/22 to transport my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee which was in excellent condition when it was picked up. It was being shipped from ** to **. When the car arrived the driver had hit trees and damaged multiple cars including mine. The damage to the vehicle was substantial.I was told to file a claim with the transport company that Evolution had placed my vehicle on. This was difficult because the transport company Platinum was ghosting me and not returning calls or text. Once the claim was filed it took nearly a month before I was notified that the carried which Evolution had placed my car on was uninsured to transport vehicles. Because of this my claim had was denied. So it has become clear that Evolution was negligent in doing their due diligence to confirm that the transporters they are using are properly insured and ***************************** has made many promises that it would be taken care of, which is not the case. My contact there **** will not return calls, and the manager refuses to call me. They will not be there when you need the services they claim they offer. The customer service is non existent.Order number # ********-EI Dollar amount $7800 in damages

      This is my response to the Evolutions claims that they have been cooperative in resolving this issue. When I used their services the agent (****) representing the broker

      made the statement that they when a reputable company with a five star rating and that they had a clean Better Business rating. She also presented that they would make

      sure my auto was place with a reputable and insured transport. Its important to note that I shipped 2 cars with them one brand new 2022 Jeep Gladiator from ***** to *******,

      the second a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The first car which is not in question arrived covered in oil as the car above it was wrecked and the oil pan was broken. The driver

      made some excuses and I absorbed the cost of having this brand new car detailed. I let this slide as a one off. The second car for the return was placed with the same drive and transport 

      company. It's important to note that **** was made aware of all these issues but became very unavailable. The 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee which was in excellent condition was put in the 

      the carrier on July 25, 2022 it arrived 3 days late and with damage. It was noted to the drive who took pictures and did not provide a bill of lading for the drop off. He provide insurance Information 

      which was very difficult to file a claim with but eventually I was able to do so.I received no help from evolution during this time nor did they return calls until I posted a negative review.

       

      Fact is they placed my car with an uninsured carrier....he is insured but not to carry automobiles for transport. I have had numerous discussions and emails from the adjustor ******** and they

      made it very clear that the carrier was uninsured at the time and they would not be covering the claim. This denial was provided by me to Evolution (*************************). The only time they have reached out to me is to ask me to

      remove my review from ****** which they said if I did that they would help and try to find a solution. Once I removed the claim they went back to non contact. I gave them over a month to do anything,

      they were unresponsive to my request, text and emails. It was not until one month later when I reposted the review that a very angry ************************* called and started yelling at me.

       

      I am requesting that this dispute be scheduled for some type of dispute resolution. I am very much open to trying to resolve it prior to taking further action.

      This is our response to ***************** complains.


      First, we work with the pool of only licensed carriers to transport motor vehicles. Attached is the contract signed by the Carrier (Platinum ************** Services LLC).


      Also in my previous email response I attached an extract which is also available to public from ************************************** (FMCSA) where one can check if a carrier has an insurance or not. With this particular carrier, it does state that it had a coverage at the time of transporting on *************************** vehicle.


      Second, *************** agreed and signed a contract clearly stating that (Point 3): in the event the carriers insurance denies coverage for loss or damage, customer shall file a claim with their own insurance and not hold Broker liable


      Third, a contract signed and agreed by *************** states that In any event, Broker will not be responsible for ANY damage or loss to you, involved parties, or the vehicle during transport. The Carrier transporting the vehicle shall be liable for any and all damage arising from the transport.

      Fourth, it is correct that ****** has shared the carriers insurance coverage as well as carrier information and has requested *************** to politely remove the review, but our workers (including *************************) has never acted in an impolite manner to any of our customers. At the end it is customers decision to write/post a review wherever they decide.
