      Horrible! Was lied to when I purchased my $600 air purifier. They told me Id receive a lifetime of HEPA filters, and they arent responding after months of contacting them. This shithole company needs to close down. They have removed my reviews, or changed the star rating to 5! POS

      I ordered a replacement part for my air fryer on 11/06/2023. Within a day I had *** tracking information saying a label was created and my payment was processed. As of today, 12/09/2023, the tracking still says the same thing. I have been emailing back and forth with customer service for weeks with no resolution. I have asked for my money back but they said they are investigating with their fulfillment department. Clearly the package was never sent just give me my money back. I actually feel scammed. No reputable company would ever let this happen. They have my money and I have no product.

      I purchased and was charged for an induction wok on Nov 20th. The next day, according to **** a label was created and they were waiting from the package from Nuwave. 12 days have passed and Nuwave still has not yet sent the package to *** to be shipped. Ive sent multiple emails, initiated multiple chat sessions, and Ive even tried contacting Nuwave support via ********* either I get no response or the customer service rep says they are looking into it with no follow up or resolution. Im going to be contacting my credit card and disputing the charge. I really feel like Nuwave might not be a legitimate company and instead a scam with how incompetent their customer service and fulfillment are.

      No correspondence, poor service. I ordered a Brio **** qt. I saw on *** that a shipper label was created. This was 1 day after I ordered which was on 10/30/2023. Since then nothing. I tried to be reasonable asking when it would arrive ***** informed me they had to contact the warehouse to find out what was going on and they would get back with me. No one had gotten back with me and it had almost been 2 days. I text them again this morning, once again ***** said they would get back with me. Well here I am 8 hours later and nothing. Nuwave had good products but their customer correspondence is lacking a lot. Its almost nonexistent! I finally emailed and am just asking for a cancellation. If thats how you want to do business I can spend money somewhere else.

      I purchased a Nuwave air purifier with my credit card. I later found out they declined the purchase and refunded me the next day due to me I having a low omini score. My credit card is 10 years old and I've never had a problem. I called my bank and they said they did not decline the purchase. I called Nuwave back and they said I could not purchase with any other card unless I sign a release form. So I'm unable to purchase the product. I was never contacted about the purchase being declined. I found out a few weeks later when I called. This is poor customer service.

      We purchased one of their products as they boasted a free 90 day trial. What we received wasn't what we had thought we purchased so I attempted to start a return. This process is like pulling teeth as the automated system constantly claims their system isn't working and receiving an answer via E-mail is a waste of time. I finally received an answer via ******** of all places. I explained that I would like to return my product only to be told that I have to pay the shipping as they refused to provide me with a label. No where was that ever mentioned. I am disgusted.

      Bought a oven from nuwave had to send it back , ************** garbage , came damaged and the box was not damaged so it was packaged that way , told them it was damaged so they wanted to replace it , I said no don't want it , so I had to pay $36 dollars to ship this piece of c*** back , they say that they are a ************ but the products are built in ************ this review helps others because I got ripped. Also was missing pieces

      I think they are a scam why can't you even contact anyone I purchase 2 I spent almost **** dollars and one I need to return but I'm sure that's why they do that so *** can't completely regret should have went wirh amazon at least they are straight forward *** truthful. I guess since in the contract it says 30 days return no problem I will be contacting a lawyer

      No way to contact them. They have made emails not work and nobody answers the phone anymore. They originally promised to replace the defective pan but then they blocked all my contact information but yet they will still accept more money to buy more of their garbage. They do not have ANY concern for their customers. Maybe I have been directed to one of their fraudulent sites. This falls under "Abuse of the Elderly" and I am going to take action if I do not hear back by EOD Friday June 16

      Same story> I bought a NuWave air purifier Feb 2023. The wifi was defective.. NuWave said I would Have to repair it under warranty. I asked for a refund and they said I would have to pay shipping charges to return their defective product. This is their MO ,and they get away with it thousands of tmes yearly. Don't buy from the NuWave Web Site. Use Amazon instead with their no hassle return policy. PS: I bought the same unit from Amazon and it worked fine..Don
