Made an order with this company on 12-2-2022. My **** was charged for the entire amount $72.99 on 12-3-2022. Had not received my order by January 8, 2023. Emailed company January 9, 2023 and received a reply the very same day saying order was backordered but "that a product container has arrived" and my order should be available to ship shortly. To date, (March 16) I have called them several times and also emailed them. I purchased a wheelchair online from Unique Medical Supply in ******* of this year and paid the purchase price of $160.45 by debit card from my checking account. This amount was paid by my bank on ******* 24,2003, to Unique Medical Supply. After approximately one month when I didn't receive delivery of the wheelchair, I began attempting to contact the company. I have made several phone calls to the company at the phone number of ************ listed only to receive a voice mail recording to which I have left messages to no avail. I am seeking assistance from the BBB to resolve the issue of obtaining a refund on this purchase. Additionaly, this business should be designated as being fraudulent for the benefit of any future purchasers.Initial Complaint

I would generally get bed pads from Unique supply company, I ordered the pads on January 23, 2023, and they took the money from my debit card but have not sent my product. I have called the number several times and left messages and no response from them. I have also emailed them and still no response from them. They took ****** off of my debit card and now I cannot get on the website as well now. Still today no response from them and they do not answer the phone either during normal business hours. I would like to know how do I get a refund from this company. I cannot upload the receipt so I will email the receipt to you.Initial Complaint

On 1/31/23, I purchased an Abductor/Contracture Cushion from the Unique Medical Supply website for $80.99. My credit card was immediately charged for the amount of $80.99. To date, I havent received the cushion and havent received any contact from the Company. I contacted the Company at ************ on two occasions since the original purchase date. I left voice messages on both calls but havent received a callback.Initial Complaint

I ordered a reclining wheelchair on January 1, 2023. The money was taken out of my account. Since then I have emailed several times with no reply and I have called unique medical and the automated message always says they are busy and to leave a message. I have left several messages with no return call. I am in a nursing home and need this wheelchair. If they can't deliver as promised I need a refund.Initial Complaint

On December 7th 2022 I spent $986.62 on medical supplies for my father's liver cirrhosis. I went out of my way to spend this money to help my father have a more comfortable lifestyle. It is February 13th and I still haven't received any items, under the status of my order it still says "processing." I have called them over 100 times and emailed them twice and I have had 0 help. I am unemployed, with no income please help me get my money back! My order number is #*******. I have also seen many many reviews on Trustpilot and comments on ******** saying that they are in the same boat as I am, the company took their money and never sent out products. Keep in mind this is a medical supply company many sick people are suffering daily counting on this company to deliver and they fail! This is very unprofessional please shut this company down so that more people do not get their hard earned money stolen!Initial Complaint

My mother is 95 years old and has dementia. I care for her. I've ordered commode liners (online) from Unique Medical Supply ("UMS") many times in the past with no problem. I always use my mother's debit card to pay for the order, however in early December, 2022 I placed an order (costing over $200) using my mothers tax refund card. The order was not received so I called UMS many times but always got a recorded message saying they would return my call that business day or the next. After having called several days and leaving numerous messages I finally spoke with a man in January, 2023 who looked up our information. We spoke and revised the order. He promised to refund the balance to my mother's debit card. We have not received the revised order and my calls are not being answered nor returned. I have again called many times, left numerous messages but have received no return call. I also sent an email requesting they refund all my mother's money, which has not been done. It's now February and we have received nothing, nor has UMS refunded my mother's money. I'm at a loss about what to do now. UMS has a record of all the orders I placed for my mother which is under her name, ********************************.Initial Complaint

I purchased Medline 300 from Unique Medical Supply on 12/25/22 in the amount of $85.59. I have yet to receive my item and despite multiple contacts to the company, I have yet to receive any type of response. Not having this product has made an already incredibly difficult situation worse for my disabled mother. I just want my product.
