My experience at ******** was very unpleasant. I ordered over $40 for just dessert and the amount was incorrect. I informed the young lady by the name of ***** basically insinuated that I was lying. She told her manager to confirm if the amount was correct. She was unapologetic and absolutely condescending. To add insult to injury she had the audacity to have her manager bring out the order. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the way I was treated. Also, I believe that I was being racially profiled at curbside. We placed an order that consisted of two holiday bundles for pickup on December 24th which totaled to a little over $250. We arrived to pick up the order at around 5:30 pm, and picked up via curbside. When the employee came out with two bags, I asked her if that was everything, to which she assured me it was. The two bags were stapled closed, and we did not bother to open given that we did not plan to reheat or eat the food until Christmas Day. When we finally opened the bags the next day, we had missing items, such as the two salads, all of the desserts and I believe we were missing a Fettucine *******. Keep in mind, that everything was closed on Christmas Day, so we had no ability to go out and get food to make up for missing items. It was a terrible experience on a holiday, and I have already sent my feedback via their website, and still have not heard back.Business response
