My high sierra backpack has ********** around the straps, I have emailed the company many times with know response. I tried called to 1 800 number with no answer. When looking on the website, it wants me to return the backpack to a repair shop, however *************** is more they 2+ hours away.Business response

I recollect this was bought at ****** for their High Sierra hiking pack with water reservoir. I shared how this has had minimal use but when I needed it most the entire reservoir when filled up with water the tube connection point disengaged from the pouch making it absolutely non usable and it ruined a long hike as we sat in the parking lot without adequate water on vacation. Have photos to share. What is worse is I contacted the company for warranty care on November 4th through their website to get an auto reply someone will be in touch. 11 days later, no one is in touch. Poor customer service.Business response

My new 28" Fairlead Drop Bottom Duffel (blue) arrived missing the male half of one of the 2 inch outside buckles. I have tried High Sierra's "contact us" procedure several times as well as their "replacement parts" procedure.You get an automated response saying "someone will contact soon..." but no one does.Business response

On July 29th I ordered the back pack from High Sierra. Backpack was shipped, however, it got lost somewhere along the way (last scan shows in ******** ******* on 8/3/2022). I emailed High Sierra on 4 separate occasions asking for assistance in locating the package or providing resolution, however, my emails were never answered. Today is 8/13/2022, my backpack still didn't arrive and High Sierra is ignoring my emails that can be provided if needed.Business response
