      I placed an order on January 5, 2024 with graphic chemical. My order number is *****. I ordered (10) 1 pound cans of graphic chemical water soluble block printing ink. I never received a confirmation email about my order and never received tracking information. My card credit card was charged on January 9 for the amount of $248.31. As of now, I have only received part of my order. When I received my order, I was missing one can of white and one can of orange. I had been sent the wrong color blue. I contacted customer service they told me to keep the can of peacock blue, and that they would ship four tubes of 75 mL cobalt blue ink. However, they did not have enough ink for all four tubes so they would send me two at that time. I was told it would be approximately two weeks before they got any white or orange ink in. It was on back order. I received the orange ink as well as two 75mL tubes of blue ink as I was told. I never received the white ink. I have called graphic chemical a minimum of 20 times. I have sent three emails, but no response. I have been unable to print anything over the course of the past six weeks since this order has been placed. I have to have the white ink in order to print the lightest color first. So I cant do anything with any of the other inks . I spoke with someone in customer service four more times. Each time she said the white ink was still on back order or they have it in but she doesnt know why the white ink hasnt been mixed up or it would be sent out and Id receive it hopefully soon but nothing has been received and no one answers the phone. I cannot simply order white water soluble oil based ink from a different company because they are made from different oils and will not mix. So now I have an incomplete order that was charged in full on the day I placed it. When I look at my account on their website, it says the order has been processed as if I have received everything but I have not.

      Similar experience to others: 5-20-24 ordered three brayers. Credit card was charged but nothing sent. Phone calls not returned. One email was answered saying they would look into my order the next day, but then nothing more. Two more emails sent, the last requesting a refund. No answer as of 6-25-24. Too bad -- they have been reliable for years with good products.
