      We sent an order almost a year ago, in September, 2023, and our credit card was honored to the price of over $2,000. I too have heard nothing since, and ***, who sometimes actually answers the phone on Thursday/Friday used to promise a return call, though she insisted that the company was not bankrupt. When ****** was in charge of ordering, the material came, sometimes later than hoped, but it came. I suppose it's no surprise that the company is not affiliated with the Better Business Bureau, and, unless a class action suit is files, none of us will see our money again. I guess I am surprised that only ten reviews, going back two years, have been registered. There must be scores if not hundreds of angry customers. *********************, the ************************************

      Similar experience to others: 5-20-24 ordered three brayers. Credit card was charged but nothing sent. Phone calls not returned. One email was answered saying they would look into my order the next day, but then nothing more. Two more emails sent, the last requesting a refund. No answer as of 6-25-24. Too bad -- they have been reliable for years with good products.

      I phoned in an order and spoke with *** on 10/20/23 - paper and litho crayons. Not having received any order or status info, I called again on 11/02/23 and spoke with ***. She said it would be coming 'early next week'. I called on 11/09/23 and told *** my credit card had been charged $76.77 on 11/03/23, and I asked for status of the order. She said she'd find out and text or call me the next day. She did not contact me. I called in afternoon on 11/10/23 and left message. I called twice on 11/13/23 and also sent an email to Graphic Chemical and Ink - no answer, no reply. I called on 11/14/23 (no answer) and left msg. to cancel order and reimburse my credit card. By the way, the business name on the charge made to my credit card reads: WP*GraphicchemicalPape SanFranciscoCA.

      Have been waiting six months for my order to be completed. One only gets voice message on both phones. I got half my order three months late. The rest is back ordered. This was once an excellent company but I hear that the father has passed it to his children and they are clearly not up to the task

      I teach at a college and have been using Graphic Chemical for many years (and have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with them). Recently, my account was double-charged, a credit took weeks to post, merchandise has NOT been delivered (5 weeks now) and NO ONE is responding to repeated calls or emails. This is some of the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Pathetic business practice.

      I placed an order the end of Dec 2022 and only received a third of my order. When I call no one answers and no one returns my call. Emails have not worked either. We spent $700.00 and can not believe how awful this customer service is.

      Unfortunately, I did not check reviews before I ordered products from this company - that was my fault. They were one of the only companies in the ** that supposedly carried the product I needed. Buyer beware! I did not receive a confirmation email after I placed my order - that's what prompted me to research the company. I gave it a few days, then I sent them an email trying to confirm they received my order. NO response. I then attempted to call them - NO answer and their voice mailbox was full, so customers are unable to leave messages. I then sent them another email asking to cancel my order and refund my money. I also noted in that email that I am suspecting fraud. Surprisingly, I got a response within a few minutes and the sales rep said she refunded my credit card. She emailed me a bogus refund receipt because after I checked my credit card statement there was NO refund after 12 days had passed. I contacted my credit card company and filed a report of the fraudulent charges. I again contacted the company to notify them I had made a complaint and I wanted a refund. Lo and behold, they were magically able to contact me immediately and my funds were refunded within minutes. The company claimed that the products were "accidentally" shipped by *** after I had cancelled the order. I asked when the package was supposedly shipped and for the tracking number for verification...now they refuse to respond with that information. I can only assume they are hoping people will not check their credit card statements to verify that the funds were actually returned. Do NOT do business with this company!!

      They charged us $105 for a brayer, but never delivered it, and have failed to respond to repeated emails and phone calls. Don't do business with them!

      Avoid doing business with Graphic Chemical. I see that several others have had the same terrible experience I have had. BEWARE! I placed an order for over $300 with Graphic in the first week of November '22. They immediately charged my card. They did not confirm my order, did not send me an invoice, and did not deliver the materials I ordered. I tried to contact them via email. No response. Called customer service and left messages several times. No response. I did get through once and was told they had been waiting for a shipment from Hanco and that it arrived that day and they were shipping out my order. I was told it would arrive in two days. 8 or 9 days later, no delivery. Called left several messages inquiring about delivery. No response. Bot through one more time, but the service representative could not confirm a shipment was made, but promised to call with info the next day. I made her promise she would and that she would cancel the order and credit my card if the order had not been shipped. She did call back (it was now the Thursday before New Year's Day) and said she could not find out if the order was shipped, but would go forward with having my card on January 2nd. No action was taken. I again called several times after that and received to response back. My card has not been credited as of January 20th and have filed a dispute claim against Graphic. I am hopeful that the complaint will result in my getting my money refunded.

      Terrible customer service, there is none. They do NOT return calls or emails and are disinterested in refunding your money for their error!!! I believe they sent me the wrong item just to take my money. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!
