  Brought my phone in for a water damage related repair. Told that my phone would be taken care of within 3 days. Had no contact for a week. Called them and was told my phone was being sent to multiple different locations for technical review. Called after not being reached out to for another week and was told there was nothing that could be done and my deposit was not refundable. I requested to get my phone back ASAP so I could proceed with another repair party. Arrived at the store for multiple consecutive days after the series of phone calls. Each time I was met with a locked door before closing store hours. After calling a few times, for a few days, I was told the store was understaffed and they closed early without letting me know. Told me to come back tomorrow. Tomorrow came and I was told the phone was missing and could be at another shop or at someone's house. Store owner made a call to his wife to see if she had seen the phone, she had indicated over speaker that she had not, however store owner indicated to me that yes, he knew where it was and would return it to me soon as possible. Throughout the next few days, I was told that the shop was closed early again and that my phone was still being located. Then, nearly a month after promised return date, I picked up my phone from the shop after not calling in advance (as I figured they may have been trying to avoid me the prior times I had called in advance) for my phone to be returning to me in an even more unusuable, dirty, and irreparably damaged condition. Asked about the damages and was told there was nothing they could do as this was part of the repair process and they had spent a lot of money on this repair and it could have been even worse or even more damaged. Upon realizing that they had also removed and not returned parts, I attempt to call them back but was not answered and left a voicemail instead. Attached photos will indicate missing screws and further damages from after the repair.
