            Contract was made with this company 10/29/2019 to replace break in main pipe from home to parkway with copper pipe. Section of my basement floor was drilled where new pipe was connected. This section was then filled with foam and cement and the floor tile was replaced and closed up. About a month ago I noticed the floor tile where the drilling had taken place was raised up about 3 inches blocking the door where my water meter is located. I immediately called ************** at Home Plumbing and spoke to a **** about this problem and was told he would be given the message. I have had ***** in our village building ***** look at this problem and he said this needs to be corrected. 'Apparently the foam had pushed the cement up about 3-4 inches above the floor. Then the phone games began with days and times not kept because of emergencies. As a senior citizen I believe I am being taken advantage of and would appreciate any help you can give me to correct the damage to my floor.
