I hired A+ Construction and Remodeling last year to repaint my master bedroom and add drywall after a previous contractor botched the job. A+ hired subcontractors for the job. I dealt with ****** in forming the contract. I was so pleased with the work that I asked A+ to paint the entire home this year, including the ceiling, and add new drywall in those areas that were visibly in need of repair, especially the ceiling. The entire job took a week to complete and when it was done, it was 95% acceptable. However, there were some areas that still needed to be done. I pointed out to A+ that I wanted a new mantle over the fireplace and that the bathroom still needed to be painted to cover up spackling needed to fill in a hole. Four different times I made an appointment and each time I received an excuse as to why A+ could not complete the work. One time they went to the wrong address. Phone calls and text messages went unanswered. The work stills needs to be done. I recently learned an area around my vent in the master bedroom stills need to be painted because the vent was never removed prior to painting. There is a patch of pink, the original color, surrounded by blue. The bathroom drain had the stopper removed from the first appointment a year ago. That has to be reattached. After four different appointments, I do not believe that A+ will show up to complete the work that I asked them to do. After the last appointment, I learned that the subcontractors have since left. ****** does inspect the work done by his subcontractors but both he and they need to honor their appointments.
