I ordered an item from this company, sent them multiple emails wondering what the *** on my order was. Got no response. Sent a cancellation email, got a response a few hours later saying that a cancellation fee will be deducted from my refund. This is unacceptable, im going to get a full refund for this. The full amount was $219.15, and *******'s is trying to steal a percentage of my money, that was paid in good faith. The "cancellation fee" ranges as well, from 30% down to $25. They get to decide how much money their keeping, even though they have no right to deduct such a fee. I am needing to get my FULL refund back, not a partial refund. *** had a scathingly horrible experience with this company, and the owner himself was very condescending to me in the email he sent me. Details: I purchased a car part from him. I told him I wasnt going to put it on right away. Im finally ready to put it on my car. I open the package and its cracked in the middle. I dont know whether he shipped it like that or it cracked on the way. Hes saying he wont return or exchange it because I took too long to tell him. I purchased it at the end of January. I never put the part on my car and he wont budge and make things right. I tried talking to him multiple times he gives me the same lame excuse everytime. I have pictures and prove I never used the item he shipped.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I have decided to speak up against Jaliscos Carbon fiber & the owner ****************************
I have been following his page since he started off. I have been supporting his business by sharing & sending customers his way. I thought his shop was legit but hes selling broken s*** He claims to be all about the customer but if that were true he wouldnt be selling broken s*** & making you buy a whole new one from him instead of replacing the damaged items!

because when you dont this is the kind of s*** you risk happening!
Both of my purchases through him have been horrible. I made the mistake of thinking that the first purchase was damaged by the mail courier. This was the purchase of the mirrors. I had contacted him to see what could be done about the damaged product but he claimed that it was not his fault & he sent the item intact and didnt let me exchange for new ones. Convinced me I could put them on with broken clips.
I had ordered again but this time the item was an expensive piece, a splitter (front lip spoiler). I did not open the package until I was ready to install. I first contacted him in May (3 months after) he stopped responding. I opened it and it was cracked. I reached out but he said it was too long since the item was ordered for me to try to make an exchange or return. I kept trying all summer til I finally got a hold of him in august.
The mirrors had arrived messed up & turned out to be a pain in the ***, theyre constantly loosing and have falling off multiple times. He said they would still work but till this day, they keep falling off my car. He never tried to make it right with me as his customer with that item and long time supporter. When it comes to the second item, he tried to make me buy a new splitter instead of admitting that hes just selling broken shit! Second time I received damaged goods from him.
I wouldnt trust jaliscos carbon fiber with any other purchases! Please beware of his s***** product. Im sure Im not the only one that has been ****** over by jaliscos carbon fiber by ******** he just cares about the money & isnt running a legit business that really cares about his customers. The splitter was clearly poorly wrapped very thinly thats the reason it broke or maybe it was already broken. As you can tell in these pictures.
