      I am having transmission replaced on a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I dealt with ********* who requested any maintenance records done on my transmission. I turned that in, and an inspector came out and confirmed that the transmission was bad. I was pleased with the quick attention as it was just a total of 6 days from when I turned the complain in until the approval. I had the option of having AGWS send a transmission and cover labor or pay extra to have the transmission shop put in their transmission with a 3 yr ******* mile warranty (labor/parts). Tough decision, but I went with the latter because I intend to keep the Jeep long term, My main piece of advice is to keep up with your maintenance. I can imagine they will void a warranty if customer has not kept up their end of the bargain. Thanks again and I would definitely recommend if your dealer offers.

      I would give 0/0 stars. AGWS has been a nightmare to work with, ***** handling of our current and only ever claim has caused unnecessary stress and aggravation with still no resolution after 6 weeks. Our 2021 ***** Silverado with ****** miles died on a busy roadway on 1/11/25 and we were told that when we purchased the extended warranty through **** ***** ********** it had to go to a certified ***** dealer. Being over an hour away and on a Saturday I found ****** ***** ***** in ********. We had our truck towed there and on Monday they called to say it needed an oil change it looked low. We had just had an oil change on 11/11/24. And it was only ***** miles later and we use full synthetic. So we agreed to that they heard a knocking noise drove it and then the engine seized. We have documentation from when they received the truck that no lights were on and no history of any. After this they stated the warranty **** wanted us to agree to an engine breakdown at $3400 with no guarantee of coverage. We had it towed to our local mechanic when we learned it didn't have to be at a certified ***** dealer. Long story short he did the engine break down that **** insisted on and **** is denying the claim stating their representative ran codes and got P0010 and P06DA and since the oil pressure light was on (BUT WE HAVE PROOF IT WASN'T) and driven for 30 seconds to 1 minute it was starved for oil so they are denying the claim. This is a known problem with the 2021 ***** Silverado V8 6.2L engine. I filled a claim with ***** also so they are aware that the truck shut off with no warning with our kids in the truck. Very dangerous and now going through all this paying a truck payment and insurance and no truck for 6 weeks plus at this point! I am beyond disgusted with this company and their lack of responsibility. At this point we will be looking into legal counsel as they don't seem to care about their customers or the impact this has on our daily lives.

      I had 11 months left on my policy when I sold my motorhome. They won't transfer to new owners and I was told there would be no refund because I had 1 ONE claim for $400. THIS IS A BIG RIPOFF. Taking my business somewhere else.

      Worst company ever to deal with! As a repair facility owner, I don't recommend any repair facility to use them, they want you to make no profit on parts, and they butcher your labor rate, like AGWS is someone special! I would not recommend any consumer purchase a warranty from AGWS, because no repair facility would wand to deal with this company! if you want to see the "real" reviews look at Yelp not ******* I have dealt with many auto warranty companies, most are pretty good to deal with, but NOT this one!

      If I could give zero stars I would. They have the worst customer service and are dishonest. I had slide outs in my 5th wheel fail and they contracted an inspector to come out to the repair shop and see the failures. The inspector showed up late and told **** that the repair shop was too busy to show him the trailer. I spoke to **** and asked them to send another inspector out and they refused. The guy I spoke to was very rude and not helpful at all. He said that the repair shop had to take the slides apart and prove the failure with pictures and videos. The shop did this and proved the failures and did the repairs. Now I find out that they will not be paying for the shop to take the slide outs apart. It will be an $800 charge out of my pocket. How is this right when they would have had to take them apart to do the repairs? They are sneaky, dishonest, and rude. I will be taking this as far as I can to get my money reimbursed.

      Key replacement warranty is useless. It does not cover the cost of the key replacement. They will only cover 1/2 hour labor and the list price of the part. I went to 3 local dealerships and not one of them would come close to replacing it for that cost. The warranty states it will cover up to $399 but even though the cost was under that, they would not cover the entire replacement.

      Fast to pay claims, no issues with them. Happy with this company as our RV mechanic is with them as well.
