    On Friday, August 20th I had interior painting work done. I paid $999 for materials and labor to have my kitchen, dining room and living room ceilings painted + the walls of my bedroom painted. The quality of the painting job looked okay before the painters left but nothing was dry yet. The following day, on Saturday August 21, I noticed flaking paint on the ceiling of my kitchen. (Photo attached) I called the company right away and I did reach someone on the phone. They said that someone would either be out the same day (Saturday, August 21) or would call on Monday, August 23rd. It is Tuesday August 24th, and no one has called. I tried calling their phone number and have not been able to reach anyone. I cannot leave a voicemail either because I get a strange automated voice saying I need to enter a remote Pin when I call their business phone number. I would like the painted job fixed with partial money back, or the full payment necessary to have it fixed by another painter.

    ***** quoted the job. Living, dining room, kitchen, hallway, loft.2Coats. Said it would take 1 or 2 days. Friday, they started but came late at 9:30 am. 1 man, 1 woman and a small girl. About 2 hours working, I heard a BIG CRASH upstairs. The Woman spoke in Spanish and the man went up stair for some time. Then can back down and started working again. But never said anything. so i went up stair and saw the Pole lamp leaning in the corner of the wall and the base was covered with Glue. I said nothing hoping they would tell me. But No. Then at 1pm they said they had to go but will be back Saturday. I looked outside and they were cleaning their tools on the NEWLY SEALED DRIVEWAY. Then left with WHITE PAINT everywhere. Next Day late again, I saw them putting sealcoat. on the driveway and painting the white tire marks with black paint. They never came in. but sent me a text to say they could not come today because of car problems. I text him back and called his boss. Hour late ***** was back with the woman and little girl. After about a hour the BIG CRASH happen again. ***** went up stair for some time again. then came back down to work. . Still never saying anything to me. I went up stair to see Lamp Broke again but in the middle. ***** put Black electrical tape on it. The painting work was poor at best, having to tell him to re-do some of the work. Now it's Tuesday and they just finished. I told them I wanted to speak with them. Ask them why they tried to deceive Lie to me about the lamp. NO answer. I then ask them to leave. Later that day. i was getting a text from the credit card company. There was $1900.00 charges on my card, I reported them for FRAUD *******. I spoke with the Owner **** and he said, ***** has a hard time understanding english and i need to call the Credit card company to tell them it was a mistake and those FRAUD charges are mine. **** sent a new bill $200 more saying they put 3 coats on the ceiling. When they only put 2. DON'T USE ALYSSA
