I purchased a Mantis Pro SE back in 2022. I love it but I got a flat tire. They do not sell inner tubes for the stock tires even though they say the inner tube they sell fits. It does not. I sent them an obvious picture of the inner tubes not being able to work as they are way to big and am still told it works. The inner tubes they sell only fit upgraded 3 inch tires. No big deal, spend $95+ on new tires that are supposedly in stock, except it's been 9 weeks and I keep getting the run around saying they'll ship soon. After months of being told this I'm leery I'll ever get what I paid for. I ordered on April 14th, it's June 24th and I've been told many times I'm in the queue to be shipped. I've been in the "queue" for 9 weeks now on something that they say take 2-3 days to ship. This is very very shady. After I mentioned to them I feel scammed they stopped emailing me back. Now I'm out $95+ on tires and still can't use my scooter.Review from Joanna P

I purchased an *************** in late April of 2024, after hearing such good reviews of it from long time friends of mine (they bought theirs a few years ago) and when I asked for a shipping status after a week of not hearing anything, they told me that the color I wanted was sold out, so I asked to switch to another color. After not hearing anything for another week, I got told that I would owe a "balance of 200$ before it would be released to ship" for the SAME EXACT SCOOTER??? They RAISED their prices in those 2 weeks, and expected me to pay the difference, when my credit card had already gone through and been paid off. This was my FIRST warning, and I should have listened to my gut about such a shady company. The scooter finally delivered nearly 3 weeks after paying for it, and the display screen was scratched upon arrival, but I let that slide. The first few days of riding it to work and around my town was so much fun! But then, it started turning off in the middle of my rides, not turning on, and giving me strange beeping noises. According to their website with a range of "50 miles" I shouldn't have even needed to give it more than 1 charge since it being delivered. But here I was charging it every day at work so I could try to avoid it from shutting off mid commute. This is a cheaply made product from *****, that is clearly being marked up an incredible amount for a bad product. I have been in contact with *********** from Voro Motors and am in the process of trying to get a refund for this product. Not to mention the headache it will be shipping this back (live in a small town with limited postal service), I could never recommend this product to anyone else.Review from David S

I purchased a wolf pro GT that was in stock and said it would be shipped out and one to two business days. On the fourth day with almost no communication back from them other than things are taking longer than expected with no explanation. I highly recommend this company when they Start a transaction, knowing it would take longer than what they were telling me. Now that they have money, everything is done at their convenience and you, as the customer are no longer valuedReview from Amanda W

They took $3,164 of my money over 2 weeks ago and refuse to update me on if Im even getting my merchandise. They give you the run around on the phone and via email. They tell you someone will get back to you and you never hear anything. They say itll be shipped Monday! And come Tuesday youre sitting around looking like an idiot for believing them. Horribly ran company. I couldve bought something else in the two weeks Ive been waiting on them. They are now costing us more money than the scooter was worth because its needed for a delivery business. Well never get that lost income back.Review from Wesley C

I really wanted to like this product, expecting durability, customer service, long range, comfort, and safety. When working, the **Move Cruiser offers great real-world range and a stylish look. However, my experience has been nothing short of a disaster.I received electrical ***** during charging, and build quality issues were evident within a week. Loose bolts around the rear wheel and fold mechanism exposed a lack of quality control. The customer support and extended warranty have been a nightmare, with poor communication and a bewildering runaround.Investing over $2000 in this product is a terrible decision. Prospective buyers should be aware of the safety risks, subpar quality, and terrible customer support that come with the **Move Cruiser.I encourage others with similar experiences to share their thoughts on the Better Business Bureau's page. Both the EMove Cruiser and Voro Motors have been highly impressive to me. I purchased the scooter back in February 2023 and am now writing this (without compensation) on 09-25-23, seven months later. Other than a faulty bolt which broke in the stem of the scooter (yes, it could have been very bad news, but thankfully I saw it first), the scooter has been impeccable for the last ***** miles (again 7 months). As for Voro the company, I'm mainly chatted and asked small questions in their live 24/7 chat (in which it is real people speaking good English). They are very friendly and timely. I've never had any major mechanical issues (other than the one broken bolt, which cost about $2 to fix), so I don't know how well **** would perform if a more serious issue happened. Sadly, I just read all the other reviews, and I was genuinely shocked to see that they are all absolutely *terrible.* It sounds from the other reviews like Voro staff are very friendly (which has been my experience) but that if you have any serious mechanical problems (which I haven't) they mistreat you. Also, someone wrote that everything you buy is always out of stock. Well, that has only been my experience on one out of three things I've bought from Voro. The scooter itself and the seat accessory came in good time. However, I bought additional tires 2 months ago, and even though the website claimed they were in stock, they apparently weren't. The staff hasn't been able to tell me when they'll be in stock. Thankfully, I don't actually need the new tires yet, so it isn't that big of a deal. Anyway, my experience has been good with Voro, but then again, I haven't had to deal with any major repairs or warranty issues. That seems to be where most of these negative reviews are focused.Review from mar g

before you spend a ***** with this company, check to make sure ANY of the accessories are available and in stock. these stores are distributors for a company stocking them from *********. there's a 4-8 week wait for ANYTHING that's out of stock and EVERYTHING is out of stock. i should have realized they were a problem when the scooter i wanted wasn't in stock, but i got it anyway. i can't ride the scooter ** they have no tires in stock. they sell parts and THE SCREWS TO ATTACH THEM SEPARATELY. they'll know who this is because they've seen the phrase "most expensive mistake I've ever made" in writing a lot.Review from Erick S

The worst place to buy a scooter ever. Paid for broken scooter to get fixed and they want to hold scooter hostage because I did not purchase controllers for scooter. Paid for but will not give back. Going to bring the court next week.Review from Eddie E.

Absolutely 100% worst customer service/support Ive ever received after purchase of their product. Started having issues within 1 year of purchase of a $1500 Emove Cruizer and support did absolutely nothing except send me a new controller which didnt correct issue after installation. Now refusing to exchange a month later after going back and forth via email sending videos, etc.Review from Elissa C

Do not purchase your scooter from there. They will send you a faulty product and then keep charging you shipping for replacement parts even under warranty. Then they will promise to replace your scooter but just repair the broken one they sent you in the first place and charge you repair fees.
