      Hi Good Afternoon,Capco LLC was providing lawn cutting for our front lawn only for about the last year. I requested our Billing statement from them and they will not provide it! They have never provided any statements or email addresses. When my husband previously paid their bill, he had to use paypal.I believe there are incorrect charges and I wanted to pay their bill but I also wanted a statement. Except for one or two times in the last year the Capco company only cut our front lawn for $25.00 dollars a week. But if they cut your Front and Back grass they would charge us $45.00 dollars per week. I suspect they have been charging us the full weekly price of $45.00 instead of the correct price we should be charged of $25.00 per week . I only wanted a statement of my payments and charges but they refuse to provide our statement!!!!!!!i also suspect that we are not even on their grass cutting books and took us as a side job? Please have them provide us our billing statement.PLEASE HELP US GET A FULL BILLING STATEMENT SO WE CAN RESOLVE. THANK YOU I requested the billing statement for my account which I requested from them via phone ************ and left message on their website www.capconow.com.. They were charging us $25.00 a week per verbal agreement. We never received a statement and did not have an email for them only the phone number.

      To Whom it May Concern,

      CapCo, LLC vehemently disagrees with the content of this complaint and requests that BBB remove it from the record. I believe ************* is confused and should speak with her husband. We have provided all billing statements (attached) to ************, all of which are 100% accurate. The ***** property is not and never was a side job. ************ has received many emails from us, including our QuickBooks-generated invoices which he has received and paid electronically. 

      furthermore, I would like to make it known that ************* has left us a very rude message and the transcript is below. Her husband agreed that she was acting abrasively as seen in the attached screenshot. 

      Lastly, wed also like to make it known that the ***** were seemingly having financial struggles and we went out of our way to allow them to slowly pay us and get caught up- only for them to default and now CapCo remains to be owed $345. 

      This matter has been an insult to our reputation and we expect the complaint to be stricken from any and all record and for the ***** to make a full and final prompt payment.

      Hi this is ************* at 278 Chesterfield we we have your lawn service where they just do our front yard and blow some leaves around him but they're not even doing that and you know so we're just gonna cancel that because we barely get our lawn cut and they won't even lower leaves on our lawn and then the worst part about it is we live at 278 they blow the lawn out at 274 and 284 and they blow it straight into my yard on both sides I want that to stop because if that happens next time I'm calling the police OK I want it to stop they don't need to blow the leaves into my property they should've been blowing them out of our property instead they don't do that but when they go over to the east side each house on each side of us north and south they blow or was that east and west they blow all their **** leaves in my yard that's why immediately after they're done with my yard they go to the next yard and blow the ************* leaves in my yard I wanted to stop just cancel the ************* thing

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This should not be removed from their record. They would not provide a billing statement!!!! We did not have an email address and they refused to send the statement .

      *********** did not receive a statement for three months and when the business changed hands to a relative he had no contact information. They(Capco) after many requests finally texted ************ the bill after contacting the BBB. Why are they texting him a bill?  We could not read it.  We should not have to contact the BBB to get the statement.

      12/2/2022 The noise level from the the Capco company is extremely loud today and wonder if the state can have a company come and measure the sound loudness coming from the CAPCO equipment, Is it possible to have the state check the sound decibels coming from their equipment?  Possibly should be serviced and does not match ************ ordinances. Capco and it's employees are now harassing us when they come to do our next door neighbors homes on each side of us. 284 and 274 Chesterfield ave.   On December 2nd 2022 CAPCO came stood  on the sides of our home yesterday(12/2/2022 for THREE hours with their blowers. For the most part they just stood there and blew some leaves , they are now harassing us with their blowers on each side of our home.  We want CAPCO to stop harassing us regarding servicing of the other homes.

      I am not confused  I will look through the statement they have sent to the BBB. We will pay the money owed after reviewing the statement by December end 2022.

      We want Capco to not block our driveway when they come to service the other homes, We donot want them unloading their equipment into our driveway and frankly can they just park their vehicles by the homes their servicing. We should not have gone through this just to receive a statement and now have this group harassing us on each side of our home.. I was very frustrated  they would not provide a statement.
