I purchased a dress Sept. 11, 2022 online from modandme.com. Order #********. Amount paid was $57.88 and charged to my MasterCard Sept. 12, 2022. I received the dress but the material was not to my liking and I returned the dress, unused, in the original packaging with the original invoice, within 30 days per the return instructions I could piece together. The return address listed on their site is *************************************************************. The dress was returned via **** mail on 9/24/22. I have not been able to get a response to several emails or attempted phone calls. The greeting to the phone number listed on my credit card statement does not identify themselves as Mod And Me. I have received no response and no credit. I am requesting a refund in the amount of $57.88. Attached is supporting documentation but please let me know if you need anything additional.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Thank you so much for your help.
