Today, ***** and ***** installed our radon mitigation. They were prompt, worked hard and carefully, and were courteous. They did a nice job. They also showed us their work at the end and explained the system, asking multiple times if we had questions. The office was very good too, when I called, the representative explained what I needed to do with clarity. I did what they asked, called back, and an appointment was made quickly for another person to come to the house. He **** up plans and gave an estimate. He gave good explanations as to what needed to be done and why. We signed the contract, and two weeks later, installation was complete. I think their system is of high quality too. They cover the fan to improve appearance, for example. I highly recommend them.Review from Gary B

It started with the process of quoting the job. ******* did a very thorough job examining the work area. He went into the crawl area, something that none of the other companies bother to do. His schematic of the area was done extremely well eliminating any surprises that might arise. Next the company called the day before to verify arrival time and to tell us who the installers would be. The installers (***** and *****) started by bringing in protective mats for the carpeted areas then they explained to me what they would do. They were extremely professional and were polite and took the time to answer any questions I might have had during the job. Even though their bid was the highest of the 3 I received, I would highly recommend them for their thoroughness, professionalism and work ethic. The resulting decrease in Rado was under the government recommendation.Review from Patrick D

I want to thank both ******* who initially came to provide the proposal (he was very professional and thorough). He later also helped in answering few questions that i had. Next was ***** and ***** who came to install the mitigation system. I can't say enough about ***** for his professionalism, and work. It was a job well done and no mess left. Everything was cleaned up and he went over the process and do's/don't etc. Kudos to both ***** and ***********Based on my experience, i highly recommend Dupage Radon Contractors for Radon ********** Systems. It was installed on 10/30/23 and within 24hrs, radon level went down 1.7.**********Review from JOHN R

We had a radon system installed in our home on August 28, 2023 by DuPage Radon Contractors. All encounters with their staff, from making the appointment for an estimate, the timely arrival of the estimator, the office staff calling to confirm the install appointment and our installer were extremely professional. Their installer, *****, arrived on time and began working immediately, keeping us informed each step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and respectful of our home.Review from Richard B

We used DuPage Radon Contractors for the mitigation process in the sale of our home. They performed the job in a timely and professional manner. The company tech, ***** was a true master technician. DuPage Radon Contractor in *********************** was fantastic. He was able to install the fan to make it the least noticeable as possible. Their use of aluminum downspout as the vent stack and the cover over the fan looks much nicer than a pvc pipe and exposed fan of other companies use. They even came in with lower in price than the other company that was recommended to me and that uses the less esthetic system. My radon number went from a from a 12 pc/u to a very low 0.5 pc/u in only a few days.Review from Judy M

We were referred to DuPage Radon by a neighbor and former customer. We were impressed with the process they used in preparing our quote. Their quote was very competitive and offered options for our review. Knowing they had years of experience, we were not disappointed with the installation of our radon mitigation system. The installation went smoothly; both *** and **** explained the work they were doing; and they cleaned up all debris from the install. We recommend this company if you are looking for a local company for your radon mitigation.
