      Sunday July 31, 2022 *****, owner of Supreme Fencing, came to our house to give us a quote for tearing down an old fence and installing a new one. Picture of the quote attached. He initially told us he could start on our fence the 2nd week of August. We paid our deposit of $3600 8/2/2022. At that time we were told the start date was first week of September. 8/30 we finally heard back from ***** who pushed out start date back to "mid September". September 7, 2022 I reach out again inquiring about a start date for planning purposes. I am told materials are "delayed"-- which we were told later (by contractor who completed job on *****'s behalf) weren't even ordered at the time of this conversation. After several unanswered calls and texts, ***** sent an independent contractor to start our fence. ***** paid the contractor only a portion of the amount promised for the fence and told the contractor we would pay the final amount he was owed for the work. At this point we owed $1200 (for labor and old fence disposal), but the contractor was quoted $1500 for him to complete the project. ***** expected us to pay the additional $300, which we refused. Our fence installation was delayed because ***** stopped responding to the contractor regarding the outstanding money due. Our fence was finally completed (solely by the independent contractor) 10/6/22. ***** did not give the contractor the latch system for the fence so the gate could not be completely installed. Our gate was not completed until 11/8/22. Our quote included a weather treatment 6 months after installation. We have reached out to ***** several times to facilitate the remaining amount of work, he has never responded or tried to complete the job that we have already paid for. We would like the service we paid for to be completed or refunded the going rate so we can get this service completed with another company.

      I contacted ***** for a fence in May of 2022. We signed a contract on May 25 where I gave him a substantial down payment (about 85%) on work to be done. By the first week of June, I was surprised to see a few pallets of fencing material show up on my driveway. We had not coordinated where the supplies would be/stay while the job was awaiting completion, but I was happy to see progress. The supplies sat there until November, when I finally decided to attempt to cancel the job. ***** does not answer phone calls - so I could only reach him via text message. He gave lots of promises and assured me that I was next and the job would be done in no time. We had this conversation on Nov 14, Dec 2, Dec 9 and then the 15. He did show up to accomplish approximately two days of work, but that was over about a two week period. His typical tact is to promise and grovel when confronted with cancelling the contract and then under-deliver. I gave him multiple chances to do the work and he failed to get the job done. Now he is refusing any calls/texts. This man is a scammer.

      on March 25, 2022 the owner of superior fence (*****) came to my house to give me an estimate on repairing a fence during an ice storm damage. He charged me $100 for parts, and has not come back since I called him twice he said he would be here on Saturday and never showed up.

      Superior fence came to my house and gave me a quote on fixing a chain-link fence damaged by a ice storm they charge me $100 for parts and I never saw them again I have called them twice they said they would come on Saturday and they never came. I would like a refund of $100i
