put a down payment on a pool and was told they could get us on the install list for late spring 2022, per our salesman. Now being told late summer or early fall. Do not deal with this company, as all they do is lie to you to cover their selves. They will not give us a date for our pool install for a pool that was in stock and returned to them...keep getting the "we can't give you a date due to weather", they sold the pool we bought to another person back in August 2021, but was returned by that purchaser and had to have an install date at that time, which they could have given us...but no date for us. Dealing with the owner is impossible. We have text messages from the salesman stating he could get us on the install on the list for late spring but they seemingly just forgot those text messages and call you a liar. We have to hire an attorney to resolve this problem, as we foresee a 2023 install date but do not know, as we cannot get an install date. They want your money for a pool sale but do not want to follow through. If our could give zero stars I would.
