            Hello. I am writing to issue a complaint in regards to the ****** Illinois Solar rebate filed on our behalf by Illinois Solar Services. Illinois Solar Services applied for the rebate on our behalf with the understanding that it would not significantly affect our power bill and told us this with their own mouths. For the last several months our ****** bill was $10. Then last month it shot up to $100 then this month is was $200. Apparently ***** from Illinois Solar Services had no clue what the ****** rebate was about and directed us to take advantage of it without really knowing what it entailed. We have hired an attorney, filed a claim with the Illinois Commerce Commission as well as the ******** ****** ***** ******* that oversees solar providers. We have also had several customers of Illinois Solar Services say they were signed up for this rebate and they had no clue about it as well.
