Shipment was being held at our local *** facility for 2 days, when I contacted AHW, LLC. **** ***** tried to get me to file a lost shipment claim with ***, when I refused, he sent me a 3 paragraph email refusing to contact *** for an update. I contacted *** myself and they sent the package out for delivery. **** ***** then cancelled contacted *** and stopped the delivery. Tracking # ******************Business response

So sorry that there was an issue with your order. Also, sorry that it was not handled to your satisfaction. Once **** felt that you and he were at an impasse the order was fully credited to your PayPal account and recalled.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
There was no impasse. **** was clearly not interested in helping and when I voiced my disagreement about the unethical approach of filing a loss claim instead of assisting in contacting ***, he decided to cancel the order. His actions clearly show his unwillingness to assist a customer with a simple request and his childishness in cancelling the order without reason. It is also clear that your response compounds the fact that your company needs to improve on customer service. I would like to have a conversation with a corporate level supervisor, not a condescending fellow employee.Business response

Talked to ****** today on the phone about this situation. We messed it up and I apologized for it. I hope that he understands that people make mistakes, and we need to learn from them. I appreciate his feedback and his willingness to have a civil conversation with me about the situation.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Had a call with ***** ***** this morning and was able to have a conversation about the incident. While there is no way to go back and correct the issue at this point, ***** listened to my concerns and I hope that he will address them with **** as stated.
