      Project Party *** ProjectParty1.com I placed an order (Order #4) with ProjectParty1.com on July 22, 2022. I received the attached email confirmation informing me that they received my order and would send an email confirmation when my order ships. To date, I have received no communication. The company processed the order and the total amount of $47.79 was deducted from my checking account the same the day and still no order or email confirmation that it shipped. While constantly checking my email for tracking for shipping notification, I realized on 7/29 that my order had the wrong *************** instead of *****. It a new construction and I didnt catch that it auto populated the wrong zip. I sent an email on 7/29 to *************************** asking for status of the order because typically when the money is withdrawn its an indication the order has shipped. I received no response to the email or confirmation that the order shipped.I sent another email on 8/1 to ******************************** and customer-************************************ for shipping status and asked again if it was possible to change the zip code since the order probably hasnt shipped since I dont have tracking or the email confirming it shipped as they so indicated when I placed the order that they would send confirmation by email when the order ships.On August 2nd, I went to their website and found another email, ********************************* again sent an email to this address asking for someone to contact me regarding my order, trying to change the zip code if that was the issue and still no response to date. On August 9, I found another email and sent an email to *********************************** requesting update on my order and no response. On Aug 1, I tried calling ************ and ************ twice and again on 8/9 was unsuccessful in reaching someone. The later phone number has a recorded message from Webstaurant, a totally different company all together. I am seeking a refund
