I had a complaint with you before about this company and they finally called back. They did come to fix the issue but the same thing happened. Had them come out again to check the window, this time with a supervisor. I was told because they didnt need to order parts they could get to me within 2-3 weeks and someone would call me. I waited over 3 weeks and called them. Finally got a call back from ******* but missed the call. *** been calling and leaving messages for a little over a week. She never calls back and you can never speak with her. I guess she is the only scheduler the have. I just want this window taken care of. Im losing heat and soon air.Initial Complaint

FALSE advertising: COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE THEIR OWN INSTALLERS, they use 3rd party installers.FALSE advertising: COMPANY MEASUREMENTS LEAVE LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO A QUARTER INCH TOLERANCE ON ALL SIDES/TOP OF WINDOW UNKNOWN UNTIL DAY OF INSTALL.****My experience with installation, three of four (total) windows replaced are basically "floating" in the structural opening even though they are "very well installed." Totally due to installers who had to "think" quickly on their feet and remediate the install COVERING GAPS TOPS/SIDES with 1/4 inch molding plus having to add 1/2" quarter round to hide the gaps between the floating windows tops and sides (technically measured BETWEEN 1/2 TO 3/4 INCH too small for the opening). Windows are sent with installers/delivered the day of install, customer has little recourse if measure is off. Even after sending cell phone pictures of the gaps to the Anderson Rep, the only consolation given from the rep/sales person was "well, how does the finished product look?" Having nothing to do with incorrect measure. The spaces cannot be left open for a correct do over! Due to the astronomical product pricing, the product should have been more correct, period. It does't matter how well made the product is, if it's too small, it's too small!**** The installers were spectacular, on a scale of one to ten they rate a PLUS 20!The company on a scale of one to ten, MINUS ZERO!Initial Complaint

Anderson Windows were used by the builder of my house before I purchased it. They were a new series. I have had approx. 14 break their argon seal and cloud. Labor is covered for 2 years via Anderson. The times that I had my broken windows replaced were well past that time. The installer was a contractor of theirs. Never once was I told that labor would not be covered. It was with no problem. I have had more than 8 windows go since then. It has been 2 years of contacting Anderson. The last two conversation I have had with representatives I have ensured that the calls were recorded and I was told labor would be included and they were sorry I had to go through all this. We went point by point, products at no cost to me - yes, labor at no cost to me - yes. Very thorough. They sent out a contractor and he did an estimate. The parts were covered but the labor was not. Another call to ******** Rep insured me that everything was covered and she would call me back. No call. I had to call again today and they told me, for the first time, that it seems chemicals were used on the windows causing them to fail. Outright lie. No chemicals on the windows or the house. He said that to try to negate the warranty and said this was a courtesy and they would never supply parts to me again. These windows have a 20 year warranty on parts. On the phone with the rep today he refused to look back on notes after 2018, would not check recordings. He just told me I was wrong. By going outside of their 2 year labor warranty on their own, that is the new warranty on these windows. Labor is paid for. Every tech I have talked to said something is wrong with this series. I would like them to pay for labor as they should. Also, they do not have the right to say they will break my 20 year warranty because they think the windows were chemically treated from an iPhone picture.
