*************************** , Owner of JT home Renovations ** located at ************************************************************** was hired by me to do renovation on my home in September 2021. He completed joists replacements for the ceiling and done a great job. So we continued to do business. I gave ******** $7000.00 on 10/10/21 to pay his **** guy. The work never started and I kept asking ******** about it as he was still working on my other property on the south side of *******. Finally, on 12/18/21 I sent a text to ******** asking to return my money. He met with me in person and stated the person ran off. He did not have the money to return so we agreed for him to continue working and I'd deduct the $7,000 from the finished job. ******** installed the wrong sized lumber and installed the electrical incorrectly. I contacted him on 1/20/22 to ask him to correct it he never showed. On 1/21/22 the trash removal guy came and dumped all the trash back on my lawn stating he was never paid so I have to pay $500 to get a dumpster load the trash and have it hauled away. He hired another individual named ********************************* to do the **** work and listed him as a certificate holder on his insurance. ***** needed half up front to purchase material. ***** received $6500 on 1/11/2022. ***** has not delivered material, started the job, or returned my money after numerous attempts. ******** has not finished the job, delivered material, or returned my money after numerous attempts. I contacted his insurance company and who stated they don't cover unfinished jobs and they informed. ******** contacted me on 2/23/22 asking why did I file a claim. I responded! I am asking that this company pay me back my money. Attached are supporting evidence of the above mentioned.Initial Complaint

***************************** never completed work that he was hired to do.I first hired ********* and paid him $1,300 through **** payment and paid him $2,700 in cash which was half the pay for two projects which was december 16th 2021.He started to do some of the work and as soon as i left and told him i would return in 2hours.It is my belief that he left shortly after that. So he stole ***** dollars from me and he keep saying he will resolve it but he now dont answer his phone.My desire is to receive my $***** dollars back and thats it. But i also will like for this complaint to stand against his company so other wont have to suffer having their money stolen from *****************************.Initial Complaint

I hired JT Home Renovations ** to replace the furnace in the rental property. I live in a different ********** while the said property is in ********, **. JT Homes Renovations ** sent me a receipt and told me that rental property has a new furnace and asked me to pay $3500 as quoted. JT Home Renovations ** owner *************************** was also my tenant and was living at the location. When he vacated the rental property on 2/7/22 I find out that the furnace was never replaced and *************************** and his company stole that money for furnace from me. BBB website has A+ rating for JT Home Renovations Co. BBB is helping a fraud company with thie false A+ rating.
