    I reserved a room at the establishment for my parents on September 25, 2022. My sister and my daughter went into the room with the grandkids to surprise my parents who came in from out of town.They had a box of cupcakes with them. They entered the room and the telephone rung and they were told they watched them enter on the camera, no parties were allowed, to leave or be evicted. I was on the cell phone with my daughter coming in the front entrance I told my daughter I would handle it. I was advised we had to leave no parties were allowed and I would be refunded for the room. I never got to use the room. I asked could the kids visit in the lobby with the Grandparents. They stated they could not allow for that. No party ever occurred, security was never involved. The only option presented was leave or be evicted. I spoke with Priceline on Wednesday , September 28th in regards to my refund. They called the hotel and The manager ****** said I would not receive a refund. I drove to the hotel spoke with the manager She said that she was told we had a party security had to disperse it and that we refuse to leave . I told her that she and I knew that was not true because she was there the entire time and witnessed everything that occurred and never acknowledged that she was the manager . She stated to me on camera that she would have gave me a refund but I would not listen to her, instead she called the police and lied on me. I waited for the police to come because there was no need for her to call the police.I recorded everything on video. She made false statements about security being called and us refusing to leave. The police advised me to leave a review on the website and contact corporate because they could not make her refund me. I contacted corporate on Friday, September 30, they have not responded or reached out to me as of today October 6,2022 I have a video of the Manager stating she would refund me. I would like a formal apology and a full refund.
