On 11/25/2022 after 9pm the fire alarm goes off in our room. There is a fire light in the room & 1 in restroom. The very bright white light *************** off & on. The front office said fire ***** had to reset it. After an hr. I call front desk cause its still blinking & clinking. They said they had to call fire ***** to come & do it again, but don't know what happen. Its almost 8 am & it still hasn't been turned off. We didn't get no sleep. How could we with it going on all night long. We tried covering it, but you can still see & hear the blinking. My son *********************** got this room. He deserves a full refund and to wavier the $100 deposit on our next reservation. That my son had already booked and paid for. This is for another week of stay here. From 11/26/2022-12/3/2022. I decided to make reservation at this hotel after not hearing back in time from a hotel ************, ********. I arrived to the hotel with my stove not working or any outlets in the bathroom along with several bugs. I addressed it with the corporate office after it not being addressed by the front desk who refused to provide any compensation, please. I addressed another matter of concern with the hotel on the ninth of this month with several of their cable including movie channels not working requesting five dollars per day which was refused by ************************************* and the hotel's manager ********** When asking to be provided with compensation for the cable channels in my room not working I was asked to leave immediately by **********************. I am interested in being provided compensation for the matters I addressed in addition to becoming very ill as a result of being asked to leave immediately which my doctor(s) can confirm having to spend the Thanksgiving holiday by myself alone in the room. I stated to ********************** I brought a pet(s) with me leaving my car at my home after being asked not to drive at this time by my doctor in addition to having the lenses on my eyeglasses changed as prescribed by my doctor ************************* and cannot just simply leave immediately as told to me by ********************** and rather aggressively by the hotel's manager ********* who came to my room physically attempting to remove me, please. I would like to be provided with fair and adequate compensation for the issues addressed. Thank you.
