On August 18th 2023 7:30 a.m. There was an incident with the safeway transportation "bus moniter" ( safeway transportation is an company that provides special education transportation). ******* my oldest son that has autism tried to get into the car but the irrate older black man ( "bus monitor") was waving his hands aggressively almost hitting my son. He was yelling and had an irritable, mean look on his face. I recorded the incident. He yelled at all of us and shouted which one of my children would get out first. Last year this same situation with this bus monitor occurred before but I told the safety manager about the issue and we got an new bus monitor/driver. Then I told the safety representative ***************** about the situation. I called her once before we officially spoke about the issue to leave an voice-mail about the details of my complaint.When she got back to me after I briefly told her of the issue she lied and claimed that the event had never happened. Then after she gaslit me about the report. She hung up the phone in my face mid sentence. So I left another voice-mail explaining the full details of the complaint. I recorded all of my voice-mails and I was very polite and respectful considering the situation.I then spoke with ************************* about the situation (the district). She at no point said that I couldn't call up there anymore. I left another voice-mail at the safeway office to follow up on the complaint, that was recorded as well. Then ************************* calls me and tells me that safeway felt that I was harassing them. There was no police report or arrest at all! That was quite ludicrous and ridiculous! They were just angry that an black woman dared to ask them questions! Safeway said that without merit that they wanted to discontinue my children's transportation. I want ***************************** to be fired. My children are suffering because of her reckless decision to unlawfully discontinue our services without good reason.
