I bought a car from this company the claimed they fixed it but it turns out the put a bandage on it and didnt fix it at allBusiness response

We believe ***** is an aquaintance of ********************* who purchased an 11 Land Rover on 08-10-20 with 134k and was last at our service **** in March 23 with over 180k there is no pending repair according to our records.Initial Complaint

I bought a car from them on Saturday April 22, 2023. I drive home and noticed as its getting dark out that my lights were somewhat dim. I got home and tried all the lights and found out the one in the passenger side main headlight was out. I immediately contacted salesman via text and let him know about this issue. I was told to contact them Monday April 24, 2023. I did just that and was told if I was local they would change bulb for free. I had the light replaced at Car X on Monday April 24, 2023. I called the dealership with the total price I was charged for this. I was told they were not going to reimburse me these money because it was too high for a light bulb replacement. I tried to talk to the guy to explain the total included the light plus labor. I am very upset and frustrated because this shouldve been fixed before it was put in inventory to sell. I just want them to make this right.Business response

This vehicle was inspected before by our sevice ***** and had all lights in working order before the sale. If the headlight went out after inspection is entirely possible but unfortunately due to the customers location she was unable to have our service ***** replace the bulb...Customer response

We are not responsible for the repair done after the sale at a mechanic other than our own...the vehicle passed inspection before sale and the lights were also in working order.Customer response
