      In January 2023 I upgraded my phone. The owner of the store said I needed to open a new line, but wouldnt be charged for it. It sounded suspicious, but I continued. The new phone she sold me was a 128g, not 256g so I couldnt transfer my data to the new phone. She then refused to accept the 128g back to swap for the 256g. I contacted ATT customer service and they handled the exchange and provided me with a return label for the 128, which I used. Additionally, after two billing cycles my bill reflected that the new line that the store owner opened and assured me wouldnt cost anything, was billing $45/mo. I contacted customer care again and they cancelled that line. Two billing cycles later, they were trying to charge me the full price of the 256g since the line it was attached to, was cancelled. I wasnt receiving the $800 trade-in credit as promised and have receipts for. Additionally, they started charging me for the 128g phone that I returned. I have repeatedly provided the tracking info for that phone. For both issues I have contacted customer services dozens of times, being assured that my case would be escalated, but never was. While I fought these fraudulent charges, ATT suspended my service, leaving my business, my husbands work and my family with no serviceincluding my son with special needs stranded while traveling. I had to pay $2500 to get service reinstated and was assured once again, they the ONE person in the entire company who could POSSIBLY rectify this comedy of ineptitude and errors, would look at my case upon his return from vacation on July 11. No one contacted me and now one will assist me in getting the credits for the phone I proved was returned or the trade in credit due for the other phone. I once again was passed on to another department and disconnected AGAIN. I have records of everything, but its simply too much to upload.
