              My wife and I went to mattress firm to buy a new mattress. We were told I was approved for progressive leasing. We signed the contract and were told we would get the mattress delivered to us. We waited 7 days before calling mattress firm and asking where our mattress was. Someone else told us we were supposed to pick it up from a warehouse. We showed up and the guys had no idea what we were talking about. We talked to a progressive rep and let them know we needed to cancel our lease because we had no item. We were told it was ************ for the past over a year we've gotten harassing phone calls, emails and such trying to collect over $1000 for unrecieved merchandise. We have not been fulfilled in our purchase and am annoyed and confused why we are still being harassed for money.

              Absolutely horrible company!!!! I paid my balance off and have the receipts to show it and they still continue to take money out of my account. Very disgusted with this company and I recommend to anyone to never use them!!!!

              *******, sorry to hear you are having this experience. Unfortunately your review is of the wrong Progressive Leasing. We are a construction equipment rental/leasing company and not the company you are having issues with. Wish we could help but it looks like you selected the wrong Progressive Leasing.
