My wife and I went to mattress firm to buy a new mattress. We were told I was approved for progressive leasing. We signed the contract and were told we would get the mattress delivered to us. We waited 7 days before calling mattress firm and asking where our mattress was. Someone else told us we were supposed to pick it up from a warehouse. We showed up and the guys had no idea what we were talking about. We talked to a progressive rep and let them know we needed to cancel our lease because we had no item. We were told it was ************ for the past over a year we've gotten harassing phone calls, emails and such trying to collect over $1000 for unrecieved merchandise. We have not been fulfilled in our purchase and am annoyed and confused why we are still being harassed for money.

Unfortunately this complaint is not for the correct Progressive Leasing/Rentals Plus.  The person lodging the complaint has chosen the wrong company.  We are a heavy equipment rental company in the ******* area providing rental equipment to utility providers and contractors for their construction jobs.  We are not the same Progressive Leasing named in this complaint.  As much as we can feel their pain for the issues they are having, we are not the ones causing the pain.

I hope this complaint can be removed from our profile please.

I purchased a refrigerator from Best Buy in **********, **. through this program, we have had problem with this refrigerator ever since the purchase and we have tried over and over to get something done! Now the refrigerator needs replaced and still nothing after several attempts. We want what we paid for the delivery staff damaged the refrigerator and all of this has been going on since the summer, very unprofessional staff and service providers. Constant excuses as to why we can never get the refrigerator. This highly unacceptable.

As much as we cam empathize with *****'s issues, we are not the company that she has a complaint with.  Progressive Leasing/Rentals Plus is a heavy equipment leasing and rental company that provides equipment like trenchers and vacuum excavators.  We do not nor ever have sold or leased home appliances including refrigerators.  I hope ***** the best, however we are not the company she is having an issue with.

I have reached out to the company about login issues as well as auto pay issues when I switched to another card. The company has failed to correct the login issues and I have no ability to monitor my account financially.

This complaint is for a different company named Progressive Leasing.  We are a heavy construction equipment rental company doing business as Rentals Plus.  Our parent company is Progressive Leasing but not the same as this complaints is directed to.  We do not have a customer log in or auto payments.  We only work with utility providers and construction companies for long term rentals of construction equipment.

I attempted unsuccessfully several times to have an online progressive leasing with speaking to at home customer service representatives who either let the phone stay on hold for several hours until the office closes or who connected me to several people without assisting me

Unfortunately this complaint is being directed at the wrong Progressive Leasing.  We are a construction equipment rental and leasing company who only deals with large utility companies for large construction projects.  I believe there is another Progressive Leasing in appliance or phone leasing.  As much as we wish this was not the case, we are not the Progressive Leasing this complaint is directed at.

After picking out all of my items and signing lease agreement from ****** they took a payment for me and then tried to tell me that they needed additional documents from me various ones after hours on the phone with them and them telling me that I was approved and having me order my items they continue to ask me for more information and several credit card numbers I believe they are collecting information such as personal bank why would they take my credit card numbers if they had no intentions of leasing it to me until they got this information they said that they don't take the payment until after your approved but they took payment for me to say it was declined which was a lie because now they require more information in order to collect this from people it's fraudulent

I have discovered today the hard way that progressive leasing fees are predatorial and misleading at best. There is no good method in place for items that need to be exchanged, not refunded. I should not have to be required to pay double fees for an issue with an item that needed to be exchanged. This is predatorial and should be considered illegal and progressive is telling me basically I have to pay twice for the same item, I am not happy about it! Otherwise, you are basically bullying me to keep items that are not worth keeping or keep items that are not effective because of fear of having to exchange it and pay a fee for that item again. Obviously if I bought the item,I needed it. So there should be something better in place for me having to exchange the item, not refund it. For now, I would like to have one of the fees charged refunded, because they are definitely applying to same item. *************************

I purchased a mattress from Ashley ********* on Oct. 5, 2021. I used Progressive leasing to purchase it I noticed that they are charging me tax on the mattress. Tax was already included in the purchase price. This place is a scam and takes advantage of people.

We had purchased a new refrigerator from Lowes through Progressive Leasing. We were led to believe that we'd be paying a little more than $2000 for a $1800 appliance. I was looking at my lease agreement today to see how many payments I had left and that's when I found that they're charging me $3900 for an $1800 refrigerator
